We stayed at this hotel in March 2025, were pleased with its service, cleanliness, comfort. Cool playground and kids' club, very caring and friendly staff. The child was delighted. The food was buffet-style in the Mazzeri restaurant, varied, tasty, fresh. Our package (half board) did not include drinks at dinner, they had to be paid for according to the menu, and the minibar was also not included in the payment (but drinking water is free). Payment for lunch (buffet / buffet) - about 185 dirhams (4700₽ per person, excluding drinks). Children under 5 years old are free. In general, the choice of food was for every taste, there are several more restaurants and bars on the hotel grounds. The hotel grounds are very nice, a cool pool, a pool area with good service, the beach is clean, the entrance to the sea is smooth, sandy. The location of the hotel is a bit of a let down in terms of getting out of there to the city, as the hotel is almost on the very edge of the Palma island, it's a 15 minute drive. If someone prefers daily trips, then it's worth considering. At that time, there was construction going on nearby on the territory, it spoils the view a bit and of course there is noise from the construction on the street, I don't know how much you can hear in the rooms, ours overlooked the sea, this is the downside. Overall, we were left with a pleasant impression of our stay in this hotel, we can recommend it.
