Holiday Inn Hotels in Dubai

The hotel as new and it had a ecofriendliness to it that i loved!! The rooms were spacious and had everything in there. Would have loved it if it had a bathtub but for a budget hotel, it gave a 4 stay feel to it Brekky as awesome and had lots of different arrangement from indian, western, arabic and turkish Loved how we could get different sorts of eggs cooked fresh to order.

The facilities are complete, the environment is hygienic, and the international chain brands are quite good. There is a Starbucks and restaurant on the first floor, and a swimming pool, Irish bar, and gym on the second floor. The service staff are also very enthusiastic.

Exceptional customer service provided by Erika and the manager Mohamad/Mostafa(sorry barely remembers name). They were always willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our needs were met, and they did so with a genuine smile and a positive attitude. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay near the airport and also connected to the mall. The hotel's excellent customer service, beautiful view, delicious breakfast, clean rooms and comfy beds. You won’t be disappointed.
