Very dirty with several leaking shown on the wall. Bad odor (cigarette odor) even when we book NON SMOKING room. Super noisy from traffic and horn all day and all night long. We didn't slept well

The condition of the room I got was very bad, the torn sheets were still attached to the bed, the bathroom door was badly damaged and the door hinges couldn't be closed. The sink was clogged. I was disappointed to see that Sienna was now so far from the standard. My husband seemed to see a guest "at midnight" to rent an apartment. It was very bad. Plus the security guard at the entrance could only sit even though there were guests trying to enter the rival apartment with public transportation that was lined up blocking the entrance to the apartment. And it hasn't changed since I first came. And the funny thing is that the management seemed blind and pretended not to care. Sienna was already bad and I really regret staying there with my husband.

The room is clean, the bathroom is also quite clean, the TV is already a smart TV and wifi so you can watch streaming, there is a sink, the coverbed and sheets are also odorless, there is also a balcony. The location is in Dramaga near the IPB campus, there are many snacks there. Quite Ok, the apartment is clean and well-maintained, even still like new.

Overall it's good, just a bit of a cigarette smell when you first enter the room.
