The characteristic of this house at 9:00 is its good service attitude. The service staff is mostly white. There is also a gym and swimming pool.

We stayed as a family of five, 3 kids, aged 7, 11, 13 and a grandma and uncle. The 2 oldest kids did not want to share a bed so we asked the front desk for some extra sheets and they quickly found us a roll away bed, extra sheets and towels. The room was quiet and the kids loved the pool. Our disappointment was the breakfast. The eggs were crumbly, there was not a waffle maker and the pancake maker was not functional. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants and fast food near by. The hotel was easy to find and right off the freeway.

This is a nice clean hotel. The rooms offer a full fridge, microwave dishwasher, and stovetop. Very spacious! Seating room and bedroom area. Breakfast had hot food, fruit, and juices. The staff was helpful and polite. The pool was nice. Did have a lot of kids but that was ok. Great stay

I got in very late and stayed at this hotel for the proximity to the airport. The person hat checked me in was very nice and helpful. The person on night 2 of my stay was different. The second night I stayed here, I came out of my room at 3:45 AM to grab water from downstairs before going to exercise. There was a gentleman (not a hotel guest) ”hanging out” with his sleeping supplies and a woman trying to get into the bathroom. I realized the man at the front desk (a different gentleman from the first night) was definitely aware these people were not guests in the hotel as he casually gave her the code. I do not know if there is an agreement in place or this hotel uses some of their rooms that accommodate those other than paying guests. I felt very uneasy and not safe, particularly when one person started to join me in the elevator at 3:45 am. It is important to ensure their paying guests don't come out of their room to strange folks wondering on their floor. As a smaller female who travels a lot, I try to be very careful not to put myself in situations that could go south. I sent Marriott a message, but I received NO response. Also, I asked for a wake-up call both nights when I went upstairs. I was very tired and slept through my cell phone wake-up. I never received one from the hotel. I did not realize until the next day, there was no phone in my room, which was very strange. I will not stay at this Marriott property again for the first reason.

West Omaha
If you are taller than 5'5” you will have to duck down to use the shower. The shower head is super low. I was close to hitting my head and I'm 5'4”. However, I liked that they had full bottles with pumps for shampoo and conditioner. They were locked in so No one could mess with what is in them. The pool was small and chilly but nice. The guy at the front desk when we checked in was very nice. We got a room with 2 queens and a pull out sofa. There was no bedding for the sofa bed in the bag. They brought it very fast when I called though. The beds were better than most hotel beds. It was nice to have a choice on pillows. They had soft and firm ones and they were labeled. Sleeping was a challenge though for 2 reasons. First, the heater worked well, but every time it turned on the wands on the curtains would click together the whole time but we didn't want them open. The worst thing was that in the walls there was a really weird noise more often than not. The closest I can describe it is like rain on a tin roof, but in the walls and loud. We were on 2nd floor. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts we've had. Oh, they also had a nice outlet in the bathroom that had a built in night light so you didn't have to turn on the huge light if you needed the bathroom at night.
