The hotel lobby is grand and beautiful. Chinese and Western food are located on both sides of the lobby. The Chinese morning tea is good. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and thoughtful. They proactively introduced the hotel's swimming pool garden and self-service laundry room. The room has been upgraded. The service lady on the floor was also very enthusiastic during my stay. She took the initiative to ask questions. Do not add mineral water. A good experience and good value for money.

My friends and I stayed at Hyatt Regency during the marathon. Excellent location, situated next to the beautiful Songshan Lake. The hotel staff were amazing, helpful and enthusiastic with their job. The hotel itself was clean and welcoming, we enjoyed the hot and cold pool plunges as well as relaxing around the hotel.

This place is very nice and has everything you need in the hotel. The hot springs were very very nice and had a lot of pools including private pools which was so nice! The dinner buffet was delicious and had a lot of food. The breakfast buffet was also very good with a lot to chose from including western options. Very nice sweet short get away Sonu sign and the manager was very nice and hospitable, they also upgraded our room as a treat as it was a friends birthday.

The hotel is very good, with a very high cost performance ratio. It is right next to Lianhu Park. The hotel is also very big, with a very beautiful environment. The swimming pool is superb, and the circular swimming pool is directly connected to the room. I will come again if I have the chance. There are many roast geese nearby, which are super delicious. Beautiful view and room is very spacious with lots of storage space, bedding is comfortable, gym has all the equipment, helpful staff, the room is properly cleaned twice a day, complimentary is provided in the room, it has the same selection of food as the buffet on the ground floor but better view and more privacy. Staff is very helpful, willing to go extra to help us with any questions. Very safe area in finance district with hotel accessible directly from shopping mall.
