We arrived at the reception and immediately the front desk manager started talking to the receptionist why he was sitting on the floor (good question) he was changing printer cartridges. We got checked in and started to find our way to the room. Not so easy as the hotel is big. We find out way and the room. An upgrade was offered at the front desk. The room was big and clean with a good view As the hotel was fully booked, we could not use the Western Food Restaurant, instead we got a table at the Chinese restaurant. The food was not very good, and the service was slow and price was high. Next morning at 9:15 we went for the breakfast buffet only to find out that most food was already gone and was not being replenished. A lousy experience to be honest. For the room I recommend the hotel for the food I give 0 to 1 star
