The environment is great, comfortable and airy. They have self-service laundry, a rich breakfast, and excellent service. I'm already thinking about staying another night next time, and I'd definitely bring my family along! 🐮

Whenever I visit Longgang, I always make sure to stay here. The experience is consistently great, and the surrounding amenities, transportation, and leisure options are all very convenient. This time, I brought my child along, and it was still excellent, especially with the public laundry room and drying area available.

This hotel has both indoor and outdoor pools, plus a ball pit and craft area, which my kids absolutely loved. We even got a free room upgrade! The facilities and service were excellent. It's right next to Longfeng Mountain Villa and there are plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, a fantastic experience.

This hotel stay really exceeded my expectations! It's a 10-minute drive to the subway station, and there are plenty of great restaurants and malls nearby, though you do need a car to get to them. The room was spotless, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept incredibly well. From the warm welcome at check-in to the quick response to our in-room requests, the whole experience was just fantastic.

Thos hotel is a good hotel. Nice view and it is clean. The only problem is there is no lock on the bathroom door! It is not even a door it is a siding door! There is only one door so if someone taking a shower you close it but if someone needs to go to the bathroom there is no door. The food they have is okay. Overall nice place but could make it better.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. I'd definitely recommend staying here. The Christmas decorations at the entrance created a lovely, festive atmosphere!

Before I even arrived, I contacted the hotel about storing several packages, and the housekeeping team proactively handled all incoming deliveries, meticulously keeping track of new arrivals. Their communication was always gentle, polite, professional, and patient. Upon arrival, I still had many things to sort out, including numerous packages and various room requests. Housekeeping addressed each one promptly and efficiently, without forgetting anything. They responded to virtually every request that could be fulfilled. I admit I can be quite particular and sensitive when staying at hotels, but I was extremely satisfied with my stay here. They resolved over a dozen minor issues, which made me feel completely at ease and comfortable. The hotel’s accommodations are high-quality. The non-smoking, fresh, and odor-free environment was a huge plus. The fact that packages and food deliveries are handled by robots added to the privacy and security. The blackout curtains were excellent, and the soundproofing was great. All items in the room felt clean and hygienic from the moment I used them. It’s a pity I was too busy during this trip to experience the hot springs, but if I have another chance, I would definitely choose to stay here again. When checking out, I needed my luggage transferred to another hotel, and when I realized I couldn't manage it myself, the hotel proactively offered assistance and actively coordinated the arrangements. This meant my schedule wasn't delayed, and I even had more time, for which I am incredibly grateful. It’s a shame I was so caught up enjoying my trip that I forgot to take photos of the hotel. However, the hotel's sample pictures accurately represent what you get, and in reality, it's even better! Thank you to the hotel for your thoughtful service. I had a wonderful two days here. This time I came to Fenggang for a business trip and chose a newly opened hotel. The experience exceeded expectations! The hotel is in the Tian'an Digital City Park, parking is convenient, and there are many meals around. The lobby is very design, and the younger brother and sister at the front desk checked in and quickly took the initiative to introduce the surrounding food. The room is clean and odorless, the bedding is soft, the whole house intelligent voice control light control curtains are very convenient, the refrigerator, smart toilet are available, and the hot water for the bath is also powerful. The soundproofing is good and I sleep well. The gym and laundry room are also complete. It is suitable for short stays on business trips. Next time I come to Fenggang, I will stay here!
