Impressive service, sincere staff！ This is the first time I stay in here and I already fell in love with this hotel！Service at its best！ Staff in FO part by jackson were so nice, patient and friendly. Despite the long waiting line, staff still showed a great attitude and started some sincere small talks with every visitor. Big salute to best service ever seen. Dinner Buffet in Cafe, honestly, not the most delicious one, but the overall service in the restaurant was so outstanding. Staff here are welcoming, polite and professional. When some dishes were sold out, they usually refilled it with speed. And staff here were so active and willing to help. Don't have to say anything, they already approached to you and offered helps. Thanks to all the staff in cafe, didn't miss a single greetings or goodbyes. Loved it, so heart-warming. Plus, a little food quality related accident happened in the breakfast buffet. Staff deal with it immediately and seriously. I don't remember to ask your name, but I really appreciate your service and how you make sure everything settled down. Great thanks to you,Positive energy from staff shaped a chill and relaxing atmosphere here. The stay was so enjoyable and unforgettable. Recommended to family stay👍👍👍Will visit again in the future, hoping that I could surprise my parents in the next stay:)

I was very satisfied with the stay this time. The hotel is located in the scenic area, the scenery is very good, the hotel also provides rooms with better views, the buffet atmosphere in the hotel is also very good, there are live music performances, the service attitude of each department is also very good, the attentive explanation of the front desk staff saved us a lot of trouble when traveling, next time I have the opportunity, I will come here to play again

This place is very nice and has everything you need in the hotel. The hot springs were very very nice and had a lot of pools including private pools which was so nice! The dinner buffet was delicious and had a lot of food. The breakfast buffet was also very good with a lot to chose from including western options. Very nice sweet short get away Sonu sign and the manager was very nice and hospitable, they also upgraded our room as a treat as it was a friends birthday.

I recently visited the Hillview Golf Resort in Dongguan, and I must say it was a delightful experience. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the food was decent, and the staff members were incredibly kind and friendly. The swimming pool was refreshing and well-maintained, adding to the enjoyment of the visit. My family and I had a wonderful time, and we are already planning to return for more weekends here soon. Considering the quality of service and overall experience, I find the pricing quite reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend this resort to my friends for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

The front desk was very polite and helpful in answering questions! Sister Xiaoyu is very nice. Thank you very much Xiaoyu for helping me upgrade to a garden suite, which made me have a happy holiday. The hotel garden view is superb👍👍

The facilities for international business travelers are not great. The working desk, desk light and chair and not suitable for working sustained periods of time (chair too low, light did hold position and table round and not practical). I did ask the hotel if they could help and although they were very willing, they didn't manage to find a solution. Also, whilst they are very willing to help, there were many employees that didn't speak fluent English so everything took a long time to explain - from problems to room service. This point about the room service was aggravated by the fact that the ordering process should be done via scanning a QR code on WeChat which then runs an ordering program however this program is ONLY in Chinese so unless you are fluent in Chinese, you will find out after going through the whole process that you need to call the front desk, try to find somebody who can speak English and order that way. It is a nice place just not very focused on international travelers.

The location is very good. The room is clean and tidy. This is an old hotel for more than 20 years. It is in such good condition and well maintained. It is worthy of being an international five-star hotel chain. Let me talk about the service. The porter at the door was very polite and took the initiative to help me with my luggage. The front desk staff was even more enthusiastic. I especially praise the front desk staff Cindy, Loly, and Lily who handled the check-in. The service was very professional. They also introduced me to the surrounding transportation and food. I will definitely come again next time I have the chance

The hotel looks beautiful, renovated, nicely decorated and facilitated. The furniture is very decent, according to the classic style of the hotel. The cleaning service is extraordinary.The breakfast provided could be more assorted and decent. Gym is pretty old, however it's convenient. The steam room and the sauna are too small, could be arranged better. The communication with the staff in English is very problematic, but electronic dictionaries saved us many times. Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel and will be back if we have still things to do with at Dongguan.

The buffet and accommodation coupons were very affordable. The room was large and had a separate bathtub. The buffet had seafood and cooked food. The front desk staff was very nice and enthusiastic. The location is close to the train station. There are many restaurants nearby. It is only a few minutes to get to the city center via Didi. It is very fast and convenient. I will stay here again next time👍🏻 The only drawback is that hygiene can be improved

Typical Ibis standard hotel. Nice clean friendly good services. Located near Subway. Good breakfast.
