Nice staff. Nice house. Best place for relax and retreat. I am so thankful for the memorable 10 days stay in Srida.

Everything is good! Except the breakfast too little and the same food everyday.

The environmental planning is beautiful, the sound insulation is not very bad, and the sleep is easily disturbed by passing vehicles! The facilities are very simple, so don't have too high expectations! There are no hair dryers and towels, you need to prepare them yourself! Bad breakfast 👎 There is no telephone in the room, it is not easy for foreign tourists to contact the service staff👎 The water heater runs very long to get hot water, and will cut off power if you use water for too long! 😢

- Beautiful place, clearly divided into budget and luxury zones. Breakfast is acceptable at 630 baht. - Clean room. - Will take my child across the road to swim in the evening but the pool water is not clean, there is algae at the bottom of the pool, so missed out. - Surprise, asked for extra pillow but the resort informed that we have to pay extra. Normally, we have stayed at many places and no one has charged extra for pillow. A little disappointed. - The wifi signal is not strong at all. It will disconnect and reconnect all the time. It's like sharing a router from the opposite side and the signal is not strong enough.

Although there was a power outage, the hotel quickly arranged us into a better and larger suite. I am very grateful. The breakfast has Chinese and Western options, and you can drink all the coffee... The environment is very good

Overall satisfied. There is a hairdryer. The towels are a bit old. The room cleaning could be better.

We chose this place mainly because the location is convenient for us to meet friends who live nearby. The hotel location and grab location have slightly different names, but the location is correct. The hotel service is very good and the environment is very quiet in Chiang Mai town. The room is clean and comfortable, and the price is very cost-effective.
