Sharq Village & Spa, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel

We stayed in Doha for one more day during the transfer and checked into this hotel. The environment is very good, the waiters are very friendly, and golf carts can be used to pick us up at each villa. The night view is beautiful.

Very beautiful hotel with great service

Facilities: quite dated Hygiene: quite clean Environment: Generally speaking, it is good. It is a separate room in a group of independent villas. The room is large and has a balcony. People often get lost in the park. When going out, they have to walk a certain distance in the open air. It’s very hot. Service: Luggage storage and early check-in are very good. The swimming pool is also very clean and the public areas are very clean. There are really too few breakfast options. I tried the dinner buffet, but the variety was not great and the price/performance ratio was super low.

It is the worst Ritz-Carlton I have ever stayed in. The room equipment has not been updated for decades, the sofa is disconnected, the wall is peeled off, the bathtub is black, and the charging port is inconvenient. In the middle of the night, there was a big fire alarm, everyone went downstairs, and it kept ringing for thirty or forty minutes, and the staff couldn't shut it off. More than 2000 to live in such a hotel feels not worth it. Although there is indeed a swimming pool or something, the high temperature of 40 degrees does not wait outside, and the evaluation can only be based on the quality of the room. In a new and high-end city like Doha, it is unexpected and disappointing to encounter such an old hotel.
