I stayed at the Sharaton Grand Doha Resort for a week in early March. The hotel is wonderful. I can highly recommend it. The staff is attentive and caring, requests, wishes, and appeals are taken into account. I was surprised that they don't brew loose leaf tea for breakfast, but the wonderful manager Anna said that the hotel is considering this option in the future. The hotel has a heated pool. Lots of padel courts. There is a fitness club in a separate building and it is really good! Open 24 hours! And when after 6 pm they brought a capsule coffee machine and Nespresso coffee, bananas, nuts, apples, yogurt, and water with lime for club visitors, my mouth was wide open. I didn't expect such service at all. In Moscow, I go to Word Class, and there aren't even any disposable cups for the cooler, like if you need it, take care of yourself. The hotel grounds are large, with the embankment nearby - the hotel is a great location for those who like walking! You can walk to the Museum of Islamic Art in 1.5 hours. There are several restaurants in the hotel. I was in the Indian Jamavar. It is gorgeous! From the interior to the table setting and serving of dishes. Since my stay was during Ramadan, the restaurant offers a special menu. This is truly haute cuisine, it is not for nothing that the restaurant received a Michelin star. All rooms in the hotel have access to a balcony. My room was cleaned by a guy from Sri Lanka, Asela. A very attentive and friendly employee! I was unlucky with the weather, it was cold and windy, but the attitude towards guests that I met here made me feel happy.
