I am writing to formally complain about the serious service failures and staff misconduct that our group of seven experienced during our stay at your hotel on June 3, 2025. This experience not only ruined our itinerary, but also caused us to completely lose trust in your hotel's brand reputation due to the dishonesty and perfunctory attitude of your staff. The incident was as follows: The boat schedule was wrong: On the day of check-out, the boat time booked by your hotel for us was wrong, which directly led to our dilemma of not being able to leave the island on time. The deception of employee Suthinan: When communicating with the hotel for a solution, employee Suthinan lied that "another boat would be arranged and we would wait for five minutes" when he knew that we still had the last chance to board the boat. In fact, he took the opportunity to flee the scene and never showed up again. This move was obviously intentional deception, intending to delay time to evade responsibility. Dereliction of duty and lies of management Destiny Bhobho: As Suthinan's superior, Assistant Villa Operation Manager Destiny Bhobho ignored our reasonable request to confront Suthinan throughout the process. She lied that she was "talking to her superiors on the phone", but refused to show her phone screen to prove her authenticity, and did not actually take any measures to solve the problem. Her only purpose was to delay until we were forced to board the ship, which completely failed to reflect the professionalism and sense of responsibility that management should have. We demand that the hotel headquarters make a formal written apology for the dishonesty of the employees involved (Suthinan and Destiny Bhobho) and explain the results of the internal handling. This incident seriously violates the service standards and management level claimed by your hotel. We reserve the right to further pursue responsibility through social media, travel platforms and legal channels, and solemnly declare that we will disclose this experience to all relatives, friends and the public before a reasonable solution is obtained.
