Lok & the team 👌❤️, loved the customer support/care service. The team went over and beyond not just for me but ALL the guests. I was amazed at Lok’s performance and team leadership skills. He (Lok) not only amazed me but he lead the team with courage, confidence and determination. He definitely needs a to be promoted to a manager role. Him and his team deserve a to be promoted with a payrise. Good help is hard to find but these guys are phenomenal especially in a fast paced, competitive and a demanding workplace 10/10 brilliance isn’t a good phase to use. Exceptional, keep up the good work guys!!!

My wife and I stayed at this hotel in late April-early May. Great location, private beach, spacious apartment-room with a beautiful view of the city or the sea. Overall, everything is great!
Important for those who go to the hotel: there are no restaurants or cafes in the hotel (accordingly, it is impossible to buy breakfast for an additional fee), but the presence of a kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave and all the necessary details of a person's everyday life (washing machine, dishwasher) in the room + a huge number of cafes and supermarkets nearby does not create problems with food.
Also, upon check-in, a deposit of 1000 QAR is paid for the entire stay, returned after check-out, so you need to be prepared for such expenses from the very beginning:)
Otherwise, my best recommendations for accommodation!!!

Located on the pearl with several restaurants nearby. No in house cafe, restaurant or bar. Good gym and outdoor pool. Good sized apartment and helpful front desk. A bit far from the downtown and airport..around 30 mins in a cab.
