It was a good hotel for a small city, we felt a good experience, thank you

Normal hotel. Clean, good mattress, view of the mountain. Disappointingly, despite the fact that it was said that breakfast was from 7.00 am, hot dishes had only just begun to be prepared.

You can see Mount Ararat from the hotel window, which is quite a sight. But the hotel itself is on a road next to the main city, and there are no restaurants nearby. Many dogs bark at night, disturbing sleep. The staff were friendly but the breakfast options were limited.

We visited grand aga hotel in dogubayazit after a long 10hours bus ride and were sleeping in our room. Suddenly 6 men claiming to be police barged into our rooms without knocking and demanding for passport. The reception kept our passports and when the whole thing was over, we had no explanation to why the police (or so they claim to be) just barged into our hotels for no reason. Breakfast was just normal, can't even ask for eggs cooked differently. Only had hard boiled eggs.

Great location and service. I did stay for 10 days during my Ararat Summit. It is with Mount Ararat view from the room balcony. Quite large room but needs refurbishment. Room cleaning could be much better. Ferit and Muhammed are very helpful staff. Thanks for their hospitality. Definitely will come back on my next Doğu Bayazıt visit.

The hotel is a 15minutes distance from the city center. However there is a supermarket next to it.The rooms facing the highway can be very noisy. My bed was hard enough to have a good sleep. Rooms facing opposite to the entrance have a great view to mount Ararat. The terrace on the top floor seemed not to be operational. The breakfast was fine.

Everything is good, attention, service, smiling, caring staff, rooms with mountain view, spa center, open buffet breakfast, I recommend it to everyone, it is the best hotel in the region, don't expect more, this is my 3rd stay here, I left satisfied every time, thank you to everyone.

Everything is very nice, rich breakfast, plenty of variety, hot and cold, etc., cleanliness is good, the rooms at the back have a mountain view and are quieter, delicious dinner, early service to the room, I recommend it, there is no better place, I first discovered it for a long time, it was 3 years ago, the address is unmistakable for 3 years, it is the only place I stay every time I come.

Although the cleanliness is not bad, the rooms smell of cigarette smoke, the bidet faucets of the toilets in the bathroom are broken. The breakfast is terrible, in short, the business is terrible. We returned to Turkey to stay because there are no good hotels in nearby cities in Iran, but we regretted it.

Everything is perfect, even more than a place like Doğubayazıt. The guys are really doing their job, thank you for everything. You are the only hotel I will stay in and recommend in Doğubayazıt region from now on. I wish you good luck and have a good day.

We don't stay for free. You expect clean and nice service. But unfortunately hygiene is zero. The sheets are stained and dirty, there are hairs on the towels. The toilet bowl is not clean. It definitely doesn't deserve this money. It's not even worth 200 TL, so come.

Clean and comfortable rooms, all the necessary personal needs and facilities for the room are available, quality presentations, breakfast, also parking, Turkish bath, sauna pool are available. I could not understand the other meaningless comments, I recommend it to everyone.

When we came to DOĞUBAYAZIT with our group of friends, we stayed for a few days and it became one of the few hotels where we were satisfied in every respect. It is a hotel that can be preferred with peace of mind, especially in terms of cleanliness. We would also like to express our gratitude to the employees in writing for their interest, concern and kindness.
