The room was dirty and does not look like the room i reserved in picture i have some pictures and still waiting for my refund

Hello when I arrived with the taxi the hotel was closed no light abandoned it is not logical I am a customer the customer pays he arrives on site and what is it who finds as much as vacationers the doors closed I had to pay the taxi offered it to me for 2 days at his place and I took the plane again and I sent you the documents of the plane for the return to Lille France I am waiting for the reimbursement Thank you Cordially.

Hotel not recommended, not clean, food: no choice, always the same thing, spicy / room: not clean, stain on the sheets, TV that doesn't work, no more air conditioning, no bathroom plugs, the list goes on

Very dated rooms, broken mosquito nets, very dangerous when they clean, very serious risk of falling. Extremely uncomfortable bathtub, bathtub and sink drain didn't work. Sheets not clean. Nightmarish beach. Total dirt and neglect. Sun loungers all broken.

Very good value for money for the m season. The ++++++ the price and the splendid beach shared with the hotel group on which this establishment depends (just one street to cross), excellent program of activities and excursions offered with registration on site, the points you should expect without hope for the moon — soundproofing of certain rooms, air conditioning. Overall, good, very local accommodation, I may or may not have gone so far as to try the restaurant!!! Good location for tours and taxi trips.

If you want a 5 star, go to a 5 star! Establishment mainly frequented by locals/regionals, so local music in the evening, burkinis at the swimming pool, and elbow bumps when the restaurant opens. If you prefer European clientele, go elsewhere. The accommodations are apartments with living room and kitchen (no dishes). Old furniture. A few ants. Choose yours away from the two central squares (pool/disco and performance stage) if you want to sleep early in the evening, as the music is very loud and continues late. Food of average and repetitive quality, often dirty tablecloths and insufficient number of tables at peak time. Water fountains are available during meals. Insignificant entertainment during the day and evening compared to other clubs. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel (line 11 direct to Houmt Souk, Dar Djerba stop). The beach is accessible through the Dar Djerba hotel on the other side of the road. Allow 15 minutes of walking. The reserved stretch of beach is lined with pebbles and rocks, but you can access the sand nearby. The swimming pool is OK, depth up to 2.15 m, sufficient deck chairs and parasols, some chairs impractical, and generally dirty mattresses. Big rant against the pseudo lifeguard, who spends more time chatting or swimming than monitoring customers. In one week, 3 people who didn't know how to swim almost drowned in front of my eyes while they were using the slides and thought they were arriving in shallow water even though it was 2 m in that place. The lifeguard was either elsewhere or busy with something else when it happened. I personally pulled the third girl out of the water in an emergency as she was screaming for death while struggling and her screams were drowned out by the loud music. Unacceptable!

Very nice hotel well located super reception and cleaning staff mashallah the cleaning ladies are doing a job 👌👌 they have mm cleaned my son's sneakers filled with sand. The animation very well family and young spirit Inside a very nice bazaar shop (cool drink beach games clothes jewelry and spices ❤️❤️❤️ and I forget some items) run by Adel a super nice gentleman very commercial and his incredible spices ❤️❤️ Then also available in the hotel the outdoor activities that ossi mashallah the professionalism of all the people who take care of it (ride camels horse quad 🔥 jet ski 🔥 and lots of experience to test and retest) Personally I will return to this hotel with great pleasure and my son ossi

A very quiet and very clean hotel, well located next to several restaurants and nightclubs. I will come back another time with my family because the rooms are very large with a kitchenette.
