While the City experienced power cuts during our stay, which made our visits and driving a bit adventurous, arriving at the hotel was like coming home. They had everything working all the time. The hotel was super clean, and the food was terrific. Every morning, breakfast included local fruits and Ecuadorian plates, allowing us to taste the excellent local cuisine from all the country's regions. Breakfast was the best way to start the day while enjoying the great view of the City. We had many visitors during our stay, all locals who praised the quality of the food and the hotel's quality—however, the most relevant feature was the staff's customer service. Everyone, from the guard at the garage, the reception staff, the shopping store, the cafe, the bar, the concierge, the room service, and especially the restaurant services, was simply out of this world. This year, we visited Budapest, Prague, Austria, and Berlin. We have also been in NY, Italy, Paris, and Barcelona. This hotel is, by far, the best hotel we have ever stayed at. There is nothing to envy; on the contrary, there is much to teach. Go Quito Hotel is the place to go; we cannot wait until we return.
