Resort location is convenient , it takes 15 minutes to go to old town Hoi an by taxi. Room are lager enough . Room is clean. My family like the swimming pool so much.most importantly the staff there is so nice and helpful (especially the lady names ngan at the front desk.)

Rented the water front villa and was not disappointed. Private pool, amenities pool (kids and adults) and the beach within meters. Breakfast was good, and service was great. Only downside is limited food options within the hotel. Nonetheless would recommend to families.

This monster of a resort is located by the beach, private beach and a big pool. Breakfast area is a disaster, even if the hotel is only 35% occupied. No more clean glasses, out of orange juice, no hot coffee or tea etc etc. I can not imagine this breakfast area if the hotel was 70% full. Pool area is nice and not crowded, but please note only 35% occupancy during our visit. We had two large apartments, 135 sqm. Including kitchen, but no cutlery. Only cups for coffee. There is a shuttle bus to Old Town of Hoi An. Usually fully booked, makes no sense. Take a taxi (grab) and better choose a smaller hotel with good attitude of service. We are probably not going back to Hoi An, and definitely not back to this place.

Value for money, location is slightly far but recovered with good free transportation at specific scheduled hours.

Everything was perfect! Bed sheet were clean! The only bad thing is the room service they charge you if you want them to send it to your room. That's the only bad thing which I feel it's not suitable.

The hotel is very big which makes it a bit confusing during breakfast, very crowded and noisy. However during the day guests seem to go separate ways so we didn’t feel this overwhelmed at the pool or at the beach. Very nice pool and beach. Nice service, in the reception and in the pool/bar, all are very nice, attentive and willing to help.

Huge restaurant. Buffet breakfast spread was good.There was only 1 restaurant and most amenities were closed.

Only the big swimming pool and the beach is key. Room small compare to the same standard, breakfast is vey bad, and sometime the spoon is not clean when they serve.

Really beautiful resort! Exceeded my expectations. Breakfast buffet was really good, I was honestly impressed. I wish the bar and convenience store took card, but the fact that there was even a 7/11 there was great. Was about 15 mins away from old town which was around 35000+ dong by grab bike. Pool and beach were beautiful. Rooms were clean and looked like pictures. Friends also had a great time, would visit again!

What we had was not an international 5-star hotel standard. Far below Citadines standards that we have known of. I think they may have purchased and renovated this place so the little details still show. The room feels mouldy, the flooring is coming off... Breakfast feels like a food court. All the shops downstairs were closed. Location-wise, it is quite close to Hoi An ancient town by bike or car. Less than 10 min by car

We booked a three bedroom suite for three nights. The suite was spacious and clean. The swimming area was well maintained and very good for kids who just wanted to play in the water. The hotel was right next to the beach and the beach was clean and peaceful. The breakfast buffet was pretty good. A good balance between western and Asian food. It got a bit crowded and it would be great if the place had air con. The location is not bad. It took us around 40 minutes to get to Da Nang airport and around 20 minutes to go to Hoi An old town. Overall, this is very good resort to spend a few days with young kids. At a very affordable price.

I canceled my reservation because I wasn’t feeling well, and since I might have had COVID and could have spread it to others, I informed the hotel of my condition and attached a photo of my prescribed medication. However, I wasn’t able to get a refund.

Whole the room was very clean and organised, we were disappointed to learn that an apartment hotel did not provide utensils and cookware. Apart from this, the stay was quite good as staff are generally very nice and friendly. Location is excellent as it is only a short grab ride from Hoi An Old town.
