Everything else is good, the hygiene is OK, but smoking is not allowed in the ordinary room type, and you have to upgrade the room type if you want to smoke. This still needs to be improved. The breakfast can also be richer.

This hotel could be the best one in Uttara area. The service goes beyond the expectation, as you can feel the pure kind heart from their smile. Remarkably Mr. Asif and Ms. Rupa are very impressive. Their manager Mr. Raihan gave a gentle asking if I arrived back to China. Apart from the service, the facilities are also high quality. Gym, swimming pool, SPA, pub etc. are all well equipped. Highly recommend!
