I was inspired by Xiaohongshu. When I was tired of choosing a hotel, I turned to the room picture of this hotel and was instantly struck by the idea. I wanted to try this retro palace-style hotel. It actually looked better than the picture, which quite surprised me. And the scenery is very, very good. Looking at Lugu Lake at noon, it has a soft beauty with Fuji colors. Location advantage: The hotel is close to Langfang Pier. The construction here has become a lot more prosperous in the past two years, and there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. In front of the B&B is the greenway around the lake, which is convenient for driving. The store also provides free pick-up and drop-off services. If you don’t want to drive, you can ask the store to pick you up. I personally think it is quite considerate. Living here is quiet, not noisy, and will not be disturbed Viewing advantages: Here you can feel the peaceful beauty of Lugu Lake. There is a large lawn on the greenway in front, connected to the lake, and mountains in the distance. It makes people feel relaxed and happy. It is difficult to feel this way after falling into the water. Facility advantages: Visually, there is no hotel of the same type in Lugu Lake. The high-end ones are unique. In addition to good room facilities, there are many flowers and plants in the public area, which are well taken care of. The three-story building has a large public area and a very rich feeling. Service advantages: The service staff are all girls. They are young and have a bookish air. They smile when they meet, making people feel in a good mood and sincere.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Probably the only place in Lugu lake where foreigners could stay. The young staff have limited English but more than make up for it with their level of service and the translator app. They even set up a groups chat in WeChat just to advise us and ensure we were in touch. Location is great (except for the fact that there’s the road below the hotel) Hotel itself is brilliant. Phenomenal rooms. Great meals. Very personal touch and an ever willing / cheerful / helpful group of very competent youngsters managing. The whole crew looked under 30 but did a great job. Was an absolute pity we only stayed 2 nights. Next time a week at least! Definitely coming back.

The room has a first-line lake view. The hygiene of the general hotel is snow and the preparation of children's products is the least worth mentioning advantage. Their service started from my booking, not check-in. They guided me all the way and helped us carry our luggage up the stairs from the parking lot. Afternoon tea was even more of a surprise. It was all attentive, not perfunctory. Since our family started to suffer from altitude sickness when we arrived here, the hotel also prepared portable oxygen for us. The child couldn't eat due to altitude sickness, so it was very late and the hotel also prepared millet porridge and noodle soup for us. In short, everything was very considerate. Views from the room was excellent, room was equipped with AI function. Provides a humidifier for the room as well which is great. Location of the hotel was atop a very steep hill which made climbing up and down a little inconvenient- they do offer a driver service but it is not available all the time- limited to certain hours and when there is another guest using the car then will need to wait. Service was not consistent- some staff were not very friendly but some staff provided amazing service: Staff 小周非常友善热情，旁晚临时问他想去湖边走走 他就马上安排了亲自载我去 让我在泸沽湖的最后一个傍晚能够在夕阳下体验湖边漫步，过后还及时来接我回去， 让我感觉非常感谢。 4月6号值晚班的柜台小姐也特别热情友善，很喜欢她 可是不知道她的名字。
