Absolutely brilliant hotel. Probably the only place in Lugu lake where foreigners could stay. The young staff have limited English but more than make up for it with their level of service and the translator app. They even set up a groups chat in WeChat just to advise us and ensure we were in touch. Location is great (except for the fact that there’s the road below the hotel) Hotel itself is brilliant. Phenomenal rooms. Great meals. Very personal touch and an ever willing / cheerful / helpful group of very competent youngsters managing. The whole crew looked under 30 but did a great job. Was an absolute pity we only stayed 2 nights. Next time a week at least! Definitely coming back.

In addition to good room facilities, there are many flowers and plants in the public area, which are well taken care of. The three-story building has a large public area and a very rich feeling.
