Over all good in terms of location, cleabiness but did not provide water and tooth brush without asking

Would highly recommend this Hilton over the other Hilton in Denver. Stayed in both. This one is much nicer. Has a heated pool. And a nice gym. Overall experience is much better in this one. Rooms are more modern and better too.

Fantastic

The hotel is about a ten-minute walk from Union Station and you can take the light rail to the airport. It costs $10 per person. There is a big supermarket opposite the hotel, which is extremely convenient and affordable for buying food. I asked for a quiet room, but I was given a room next to the main road and the highway, which was a bit noisy. Both check-in and extension require the platform order, which is a bit annoying. The hotel does not include breakfast, only coffee in the lobby in the morning. It is not as good as Hampton with breakfast and free coffee all day.

I have to say that Ctrip's service is really good! The first hotel we booked was cancelled due to poor communication. After contacting Ctrip, we were quickly transferred to this Hilton Hotel. The Hilton Garden Inn Union Station is in a good location. There is a large supermarket opposite, which has a full range of food and drinks. It is very convenient. The room is also large, with a refrigerator and microwave. I recommend staying here!
