Delhi Hotels with Airport pickup service

Pros - Great location, Staff is friendly. Cons - interiors of the rooms are old and aged, and showing it's age. Lack soundproofing so I can hear loud noises from outside my door. Breakfast is decent but options. Shower area is inside a bathtub and no anti-slip mat is provided. It's incredibly risky. Did not expect a 5 star luxury hotel to be using cheap single ply toilet papers.

Very neat and clean hotel. Good spacious room. Clean toilets. Friendly staff, good variety in breakfast. Highly secure. Easy parking. Good view from rooms. Pool is clean too. Good for events and away from traffic jam. Best for weddings. Very comfortable bed.

Good location and great staff. They take proper care of you and are available to answer any queries 24/7. A certain gentle*** by the name of Charan Singh did a great housekeeping job on my unit. Polite, professional and courteous. The ***agers are accommodating to any personal requests made within reason and are always professional and hospitable. Thank you Park Inn.

Checked in at Park Residency, Green Park, New Delhi for 3 nights in the month of April,2022. Good location which makes access to all parts of Delhi NCR easy. Peaceful area inspite of its location. Rooms are spacious, bathroom clean and hot water available 24x7. However, air conditioners in most rooms are old and do not cool the room sufficiently even in April heat. Torn and shabby curtains let in too much heat into the room. Breakfast options are limited and are served in the room. No buffet breakfast spread in the morning. The only reason you would stay is the location and comparatively competitive room rates.

Location is good but quality is moderate according to the rate. Bathroom amenities are poor and cleanness could be better of the room. Food was ok not so good. They have lot of room for improvement. If management will focus on the standard this property will rock.

It’s not too good. Other friends recommended me to live. The female dormitory has a separate bathroom. Many foreigners live in this house. I stayed for 4 days and the roommates who happened to be staying in were all Germans. My friends would often gather in the courtyard to chat, or chat on the top floor of yoga, or watch TV in the lobby. There is a kitchen where you can cook your own meals. Three meals are also available in the hotel. It costs Indian meals so I haven’t tried it. The service staff is very nice, and it feels like a university dormitory. Stayed for a few days and it was very relaxing. There is a subway station nearby, making it easy to go anywhere.

I would say that it's a boutique hotel with a touch of culture . Hotel Ud*** was well connected. The room and bathroom was superbly clean and the best is the hospitality of the staff Kamlesh he will treat you with like friends with genuine hospitality . I will come back to Hotel Ud*** Whenever I'll come to Delhi.

Warmly suggested hotel where to stay while in Delhi! You will feel really welcome! The neighborhood is peaceful, the hotel is clean, the rooms are very confortable, the kitchen is adorable, and I want to underline the kindness and professionality of the owner and the team all ready to welcome and help you in every situation! The big smiles we found as soon as we got in the hotel made us feel at home! Really really suggested!

We have stayed here 2x, over six years apart, to visit my aunt who lives in Kailash Colony. I think the only thing bad I can say about it is that it's in that Kailash location -- very good if you have reason to be there (e.g., family nearby), but for a general tourist maybe this is not the best choice bc it is not near to any of the typical monuments. On the other hand, it is also not impossibly far from any, e.g. you are as close to Qutb Minar as you are to Humayun's Tomb. (Of course, ”not far” means in Delhi traffic, everything is 30-45 minutes.) Rooms are clean, comfortable, AC works. There are a good number of outlets, and many of them support Western plugs, so that people with two devices will likely be able to keep charged (bring adapters anyway). There is included breakfast, which is basic (toast, omelette, one or two simple Indian dishes, tea and coffee) but is more than enough to keep you sustained. Staff will respond to requests and front desk has good English, but you DO have to make requests. Similarly (and this may explain past reviews) -- if you want your room cleaned, you have to drop your key at the front desk as you go out! This is a very old school Indian hotel in that regard. There is also a climbing wall in the lobby but I've never seen it used and have no clue if it's been maintained enough to be trustworthy. Overall, I am confident I'll be here again, I think in part because it's so close to my people. If it weren't for that, I might consider a different option.
