Clean and comfortable room for families with young kids. The heated floor is a plus point when travelling to a winter place. We were here for 2 nights on December and it was freezing cold. Thanks for the heated floor we stayed warm. The room is newly renovated with modern interior. The hotel does not have much amenities other than what you get in the room. Food around the whole Xi Ling Snow Mountain is limited and they close early during winter time. Hence, do get your meal early. Hotel service, I gave it a less rating as the staff are not really sure their role and hard to get a room call service at night. Travelling here is quite smooth. We hired a private driver and took the cable car up to the snow mountain. There will be bus taking you to the ski resort area where then you will have a short walk to the hotel. Overall a good stay and certainly recommended this hotel for families.

The Manor Hotel is very large, very close to the high-speed rail station, a taxi is a few yuan, directly to the hotel room. The staff said that the high-speed rail station came to ride a shared bicycle for ten minutes, which was very good. It was a coincidence that I just asked the front desk where there was a good hot pot recommendation. Their hotel hot pot just opened this month. I had to ask a friend to come over. The hot pot was very fresh. The hotel room is large, the facilities and equipment are quite new, and I will continue to live here next time.

The appetite came suddenly. After dinner, I set off to Xiling Snow Mountain to play snow. The boss also provides pick-up service. It is really hard! The first time I was outside for the New Year, I didn’t expect it to be very lively. The boss organized a few families in the hotel to gather together for barbecue, set a dragon gate, drink, and K song. He also bought fireworks for everyone. The fruit was also delivered the next night. The enthusiasm was extremely full of fireworks. ps. Compared with luxury hotels, there will definitely be some shortcomings, but after all, people are positioned as a homestay. During the Chinese New Year, this price is still worth it. You can also see that the boss is full of feelings and very careful to operate, which is worthy of praise!

The feedback from the housekeeper is that they can’t send more or change them, which makes people feel uncomfortable. In addition, the landline is broken, and the front desk can only communicate on WeChat. You can pay more attention to the infrastructure. Other things are quite satisfactory. During the stay, it was Mid-Autumn Festival, and desserts and moon cakes were also given. They also prepared koi feeding and paper fan painting for the children. The children were very happy. I didn’t experience picking this time, and I hope to experience it next time.
