Nicely located in 5A Anren old town. Good size room and great breakfast.

Hotel is pretty aged and hooks for hanging bath towels are broken and missing. Reception Zoe was ill-trained and had charged me rmb $499 when I had already prepaid. She actually charged my card for the stay even after she saw that my room booking had been prepaid She promised to process the refund on the next morning when I check out but nothing was accomplished except another promise made by a lady who claimed to be the FO Manager that was on duty that there was no charge that was made to my card but could not provide a confirmation by their correspondent bank. This is not true as my mobile phone had received a text message from Citibank in Singapore thar indicated that a charge of rmb 499 had been processed. She later provided a letter to guarantee that she will make sure that the mistake will be rectified. I am still waiting for my bank to acknowledge receipt of the hotel's initiation to revoke the charges made through their bank. Let's hope that I do not have to resort to writing to their regional manager to investigate the incompetence of the management at four points Sheraton under the stewardship of their general manager Johny Fan (范兴宇）

Environment: I went to Anren to see the famous hotels around and chose this hotel in Anren. It looks not high but very quiet. The hotel lobby and rooms are clean and tidy, especially the facilities in the lobby are complete, such as self-service coffee shops, computer rooms, tea rooms, etc. The location is very good, right at the entrance of the ancient town, which is the highlight of the hotel. However, as a five-star hotel, the network is so bad that it is disconnected all the time. Sometimes it is just one point and one grid at most, and it is completely unusable. I had to use mobile data and turn on the hotspot to use iPad. Another thing is that the TV is so small that you can hardly see it in the current hotel. It is only about 42 inches, a five-star hotel! It's creepy. It's rare even in rural people's homes now. It's estimated that there is no place to buy a TV of this size. Practical things don't work hard to build those flower racks that are not used by people in the lobby! I saw this problem raised by guests in Ctrip reviews, but the hotel has not improved. I hope it will be improved next time. Speaking of service, there will be someone at the front desk to send guests to the elevator entrance, but that guy is so tactless! Around 1:00 pm on the 17th, after the road was closed for the marathon, the young man who led us walked fast and didn't see the 75-year-old couple dragging suitcases and bags to help. Oh! How shameless! How was this quality trained? The hotel breakfast is not very good, but it is quite expensive! The hotel is the best and most formal in Anren. For some people who are more particular, there is no choice but to stay at this hotel. This time I came on a business trip and my friend helped me book a hotel. It should be the best hotel in Anren. The service is five-star and very thoughtful, especially Vicky and Chris at the front desk. After checking in, they helped me take my luggage to the room. The carpet in the corridor looks a bit old, but the overall decoration of the room is relatively new. I didn't expect that I could swim when I returned to the hotel after 9 o'clock in the evening. This is quite a surprise! Breakfast has local beef noodles and regular Xishi breakfast. The taste is quite satisfactory, a normal five-star hotel breakfast. If I have the opportunity to bring my family to Anren for a trip, I will probably stay at this Sheraton!

This is my second time staying here. It's really great that it's pet-friendly. When you bring your dog, you'll usually be arranged in a room on the first floor. It's very quiet and you can sleep well. I like the swimming pool the most. It closes at 10:30 pm. If the time is right, it feels like you have reserved the whole place. The noodles for breakfast are also delicious.

Four Points by Sheraton Chengdu Anren. Pets are welcome and free of charge. There is a courtyard with a forest, which is a comfortable retreat for vacation and leisure. The indoor heated swimming pool is great, and the water is clear and transparent. The hotel is close to Anren Ancient Town, and opposite is Anren Bell Tower, one of the symbols of Anren Ancient Town. It is the entrance to the old street of the ancient town, which is very convenient for sightseeing. Self-driving parking is free in the hotel. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties and good taste.

After the National Day, I chose Anren Ancient Town to relax and travel off-peak. The hotel is in a good location. The square of the ancient town is right at the door. There were not many people on the day of check-in, and the check-in was quite smooth. The room has a small balcony, and with the garden scenery behind the balcony, it is really no problem to sit there for a whole day. 😊 After putting down the luggage, I still walked around. The osmanthus trees and rest areas everywhere are particularly relaxing. There is also a large ornamental fish pond, and the rest area next to it is also a place where people don't want to move when sitting (maybe I am too lazy). The employees I met are very polite. The breakfast is also quite rich, and I especially like the scallion pancakes and fried dumplings. A very satisfactory stay experience, I should choose here again next time I come.

The room service aunt was very enthusiastic and reminded us that there were many mosquitoes in the garden and asked us to pay attention to closing the balcony door. The panda wall in the lobby is also very distinctive, suitable for taking photos and checking in. The hotel also raises small animals. It is very suitable for family travel. I will definitely bring my family and friends here to experience it next time.
