Friendly helpful front desk. Large rooms, very relaxing on the balcony and great swim in the pool then sauna. Good breakfast choice.

Nicely located in 5A Anren old town. Good size room and great breakfast.

Hotel is pretty aged and hooks for hanging bath towels are broken and missing. Reception Zoe was ill-trained and had charged me rmb $499 when I had already prepaid. She actually charged my card for the stay even after she saw that my room booking had been prepaid She promised to process the refund on the next morning when I check out but nothing was accomplished except another promise made by a lady who claimed to be the FO Manager that was on duty that there was no charge that was made to my card but could not provide a confirmation by their correspondent bank. This is not true as my mobile phone had received a text message from Citibank in Singapore thar indicated that a charge of rmb 499 had been processed. She later provided a letter to guarantee that she will make sure that the mistake will be rectified. I am still waiting for my bank to acknowledge receipt of the hotel's initiation to revoke the charges made through their bank. Let's hope that I do not have to resort to writing to their regional manager to investigate the incompetence of the management at four points Sheraton under the stewardship of their general manager Johny Fan (范兴宇）

We are also in the service industry, but in different industries. I like her initiative. 👍 When we booked, we saw that Ctrip gave us a breakfast voucher, so we booked a room without breakfast. Then, there was a little episode. The front desk and the restaurant department did not connect well. When we went to eat, they said we didn't have meals, and we waited for a while, and then we went in after they verified it. I think this still needs attention. The aunt who cleaned the room was very good and polite. When we finished the water we bought, we asked her if she could give us another bottle, and the aunt also gave it to us. The guy at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. He took the initiative to help with the luggage and sent it to the room. He carefully introduced the key points. It is the entrance to the old street of Gongguan in the ancient town, which is very convenient for sightseeing. Self-driving parking is free in the hotel. The breakfast is very good, with many varieties and good taste. The front desk girl Vicky is very considerate. We added WeChat and will come back if we have the chance. It is worth recommending.

The local uncle at the door was warm, simple and kind, which was impressive. In addition, maybe it was because of the local customs. The public space such as the lobby was too cold, and it was impossible to meet guests for tea there, but it seemed that the whole ancient town had such a habit of not having air conditioning, so I didn't demand it.

The hotel opened earlier, but the rooms are still in good condition. It is convenient to eat, drink and have fun around, and it is about a five-minute walk from the ancient town. The front desk service is average. I hope to be given breakfast. It doesn't matter if it's not available. Just explain it. Why refuse so bluntly? She even said she is the manager!
