The good thing about this hotel is the location, the mall, hospital, restos, and convenience stores are just few walks away. . . Good for solo. Their good for two rooms which I booked isn't recommendable because it's too small for two unless for ”quickie” purposes. Water pressure is weak. And air-conditioning takes a while to get cold.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful and comfortable stay at RedDoorz Plus near SM Lanang Davao while attending a work-related event, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! Booking through TRIP.com made the entire process hassle-free, and I truly felt that every penny spent was worth it. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the security and cleanliness of the property, we also had complimentary bottled 500ml water, and guest kit (tooth brush, toothpaste, shampoo, and bar soap). The friendly staff made me feel right at home, and the amenities exceeded my expectations. I loved having access to free Wi-Fi and a TV in my room, which helped me unwind after busy days. The hot and cold shower was a nice touch, ensuring I felt refreshed throughout my stay. One of the best perks was the convenient location—just a short walk to SM Lanang, making it easy to grab meals and shop. I also appreciated the option to add breakfast, which was perfect for someone like me who had a packed schedule during the summit. Starting my day with a hearty meal was a real bonus! The only minor downside was the absence of an elevator, but honestly, it was a small price to pay for such a great experience, especially considering how budget-friendly this booking was. Malinis ung hotel at room, ok din location nya malapit sa highway if sasakay ng bus no need to go to ecoland bus terminal kasi paglabas mo abang kana lang marami bus dumadaan papntang panabo or tagum, nagustuhan namen ung pag stay namen, magbobook uli ako for our coming trip this coming july..

Location - Easy to find and located in a convenient part of the city with access to restaurants, banks and 7/11. Service - receptionist very accommodating and quick check in. Amenities - no lift, with pantry but needs permission to access. Would have been nice if they just open it for guests. Room and bath no hooks to hang clothes or towel but very clean and tidy. Liked the feel of the sheets.

Great location and friendly receptionist! Room was much better than expected (there were a few not-so-good reviews online) - big, clean and cold aircon. Toilet was also just nice size. Overall, great value given the price and location (10 mins walk to Poblacion and Roxas Night Market, but far enough for peace and quiet at night). Would stay here again if I'm in Davao. Only downside is, there is no free bag storage after you check out. If you want to deposit your bag, you will have to book another night with them.

Clean, amazing experience, and the bed and pillow don't hurt my back...it's okay...👍 If I come back, I'll stay here because it's my favorite place😅😁

I stayed here for 3 nights. The amenities listed on the website were not provided at first. It was disappointing, but the front desk staff probably bought water, shampoo, etc. from a nearby store and provided them to me. Thank you.
