A classic hotel. A typical Philippine classic hotel like that of Pryce Plaza Hotel in Cagayan de Oro and Taal Vista in Tagaytay. It has a wide space: a compound with lawn and garden. It is an old hotel, though. You can see the years in the furnitures and amenities. But, you can go walking and nature strolling, so, overall, it's a nice, relaxing hotel resort.

We had a great stay in Seda Davao. The location is very accessible since it's just about 20 minutes from the airport and the hotel is directly beside a mall. The staff were very courteous and approchable most especially their General Manager, Ms. Joy who welcomed us. The room was very clean and spacious, we had a good night's sleep for 2 straight nights. Special mention to Alexis of Front Office and Archie of concierge for making our stay worth remembering. The next time I visit Davao, I will definitely stay in Seda Abreeza. Daghang salamat!

Stayed at Acacia Hotel Davao for 1 night it was memorable. Since, my family come all the way here from Surigao del Sur. Staff are very accomodating and child-friendly. From the Security to Front office, Housekeeping staff for attending our needs in our room, and to Waling-Waling staff and Lukfoo staff. Thank you very much! If you like to stroll and walk like us, this is the hotel to stay. It is situated in close proximity to all the must see places in Davao City: People's Park, San Pedro Cathedral, Roxas Night Market, Magsaysay Park, etc. The hotel is beautiful with a grand lobby. However the floor hallways do not have a/c and the room carpets need some TLC. Also the bed configuration was quite weird as it was situated close to the wall that made access hard from one side. Our room had a tub/shower and plenty amenities. Our 1st day the refrigerator was not working, which was replaced. WIFI was spotty but TV reception was good. Breakfast buffet was very good and the service was warm and genuine. We felt safe staying at this hotel.

Very nice hotel, everyone very friendly, we enjoyed it very much. Services were very good, facilities were very good too and we enjoyed all the filippinos breakfasts we had. We recommend that hotel that is in the center of everything and also very quiet for it's location. Thanks to all the staff for their friendliness.

This room was perfect. The service was impeccable. All of the staff was amazing. I would like to give special thanks to PAOLO CALAGUE( room attendant) and Sammy the Front desk attendant they were beyond accommodating during this stay. Highly recommend staying here for any and every occasion!!!

One of the best Hotel in Davao. My Fiancé and I stayed here for 12 nights and we love it! The Manager were very friendly and accommodating as well as the staffs. We had a very memorable moments in this hotel. Until next time Park Inn Thank you so much!

77 Outdated but expensive hotel Review of Grand Regal Hotel Pending review I booked last January 17, 2020 for one night because I have an exam to take which is held in their hotel. The price is expensive. I paid for 3500 pesos for one night promo price if regular its 5000 pesos more or less. My room was in the 7th floor. Nothing is extra special in the room just a normal hotel room. The problem is that I'm situated at the 7th floor and their phone is not working. I need to go down to the lobby if I have some requests or if I'm lucky if there is a hotel staff roaming the area. I expected that the floor is carpeted but its not. I did not bring my own slippers expecting there is a hotel slipper provided but I opened all the drawers and there's none. There is no comforter also provided only a plain thin white blanket which is usually the first layer of blanket placed to any other hotels .I was disappointed that I paid this much but did not expect the service or amenities is not good enough for its price.The good thing only is that they have good WiFi connection, enough toiletries and there breakfast buffet is delicious.More

I stayed in Blue Lotus Hotel in July 2023 for one night, although I frequently visited their Sky View Restaurant. I had a great experience. The room was quite spacious, approximately 30 sq metres. The elevator is one of a kind where you do not need to touch it but simply use your RFID-enabled hotel keycard. I believe this was for sanitizing measures taken by the hotel management since the pandemic era. The room has qiblah direction on the ceiling, and they provide Muslim travellers with prayer mats as well as Holy Quran. Very thoughtful touch since none of the hotels in Davao City provide this in their room. The housekeeping staff were also attentive and it took less than 10 minutes for them to deliver the iron & board. The hotel has a Malaysian Chef, Chef Shah who cooks authentic Malaysian dishes like sate, murtabak, chicken curry, daging masak hitam and nasi beriani.

The service at their hotel was exceptional. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results. We were particulary impressed with how the hotel staff anticipated our needs. Numerous conference attendees commented on the quality of the food, the quality of the service and overall positive attitude toward the conference site. Particular noteworthy is the longevity of the staff and that sense of investment in the success of every event. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved.
