I had a wonderful stay at Cozy Condo Bed Space in Davao! The accommodation is cozy, spotless, and thoughtfully set up with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Sir Noel, the owner, is incredibly generous and attentive, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect, checking in to see how my stay is going and ensuring I have everything I need. This place is perfect for solo travelers like me who also need to work during their stay. They provided a desk and office chair, making it very convenient to get work done comfortably. While it would have been even better to have a variety of lighting options, what’s available was still perfectly sufficient. I truly appreciate all the effort Sir Noel puts into making his guests feel welcome and cared for. It’s rare to find such a combination of cleanliness, comfort, and personal attention. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to Davao, and I’ve already recommended this place to my friends. Without a doubt, I’m giving Cozy Condo Bed Space a full course rating! 😊✨

We booked the honeymoon suite thinking we can use the jacuzzi but upon check-in, the jacuzzi was not even cleaned and not ready for use. The room was so spacious though, it can accomodate 4 people.

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and everything felt organized and guest-friendly. I especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The food was also excellent, with a good variety of choices that catered to different tastes. Overall, my experience was outstanding, and I would definitely give Acacia Hotel Davao a 5-star rating. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Davao who’s looking for comfort, great service, and a memorable stay.

No free toothbrush, place is old but clean, no proper dining area (I ate at a coffee table), hot choco during breakfast has a lot of water & less cocoa.

The owner is so generous and kind they allowa us to check in early because we arrive 8am and we have time to sleep they have food and drinks also and the place is peaceful and relaxing. Very good services.

The room came with a kitchenette, a coffee/tea maker, minibar, and free WiFi — extremely convenient whether you’re staying briefly or planning a longer stay.  The modern fittings and thoughtful layout made it easy to relax or be productive: there was enough space to move around, and everything was clean and well-kept. Cleanliness, indeed, stood out during our stay — a point frequently echoed by other guests.  One of the highlights was the leisure amenities. We took full advantage of the outdoor swimming pool — a serene little oasis perfect for a morning dip or evening unwind. It’s conveniently located near the airport, which is a big plus if you have early flights or late arrivals.  At the same time, it’s still close enough to city amenities, shopping, and other attractions — offering both convenience and comfort. Many guests appreciated this balance of accessibility and tranquility.  That said, no stay is perfect, and a few aspects could be improved. Some guests mentioned that certain rooms felt a bit cramped or that balcony areas were under-utilized due to cleanliness concerns.  There were occasional gripes about maintenance — for example, shower drains draining slowly or small furniture quirks — and a few found the elevator access between towers a bit awkward, especially if coming from parking.  A minority even felt the place fell short of 5-star expectations in certain respects.  Still, for us, these were minor blemishes compared to the overall positive experience. What stood out was how the hotel blends comfort, convenience, and courteous service with enough extras to feel like more than just a “place to sleep.” The pool, spa, and kitchen-equipped rooms make it a strong choice for families, couples, business travellers — essentially anyone who values a balance of luxury and practicality. We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The unit was very comfortable, and cozy, and close to the Shops. The facilities were great, and the location was convenient. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable throughout. The host was also very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would definitely love to stay here again on our next vacation. Highly recommended! ❤️

At first, I thought it might be a bit weird, but I like how clean and clean it is, and I like it even more because my privacy is protected. And I plan to use it again next time.

The room is so clean. The staffs are so accommodating. They have a great food selection and I love the free breakfast!
