Service wasn’t good

When checking in, they are quick and meticulous, patiently answering my various questions, and thoughtfully sending me a glass of iced lemonade, which instantly dispels the fatigue of the journey. The room I stayed in was even more surprising. The room was spacious and well-planned, and every detail revealed the care. The soft and comfortable bed made me love it as soon as I lay on it, as if I was in the clouds, having a good night's sleep, and waking up refreshed. The hotel environment is good, but the facilities in the room are old. The toilet water kept running in the first room, the faucet had no water, and the shower pipe was broken. It improved after changing rooms. I was trapped in the elevator twice during the period, and one of the elevators fell from the 7th floor to the 0th floor. After reporting to the front desk, the processing speed was slow, and the relevant service staff had a good attitude.

The hotel is close to the airport, suitable for short trips or transit. The staff are quite warm and friendly. The room smells a bit strong, probably because it has been renovated. The price-performance ratio is relatively average.

the bathroom was not clean and damaged I could not take a shower but apart from that it was fine

The hotel is located near the airport, a beautiful lobby with interesting souvenirs. Breakfast is typical European, they make a delicious omelet. The rooms are without a wow effect, quite old, but all the amenities are there.

The front desk is very inefficient, and everything else is normal for Mercure. It took an hour and a half to check in. Don't go if you're impatient. The Europeans next to you are going crazy.

The hotel is a little old, but it's big and it's very convenient to receive guests downstairs.
