Très bon hôtel, le petit déjeuner est très qualitatif avec plusieurs choix de la vraie confiture comme on utiliserait à la maison c’était chaleureux. Le personnel d’accueil est très gentil et très patient car nous avons eu un souci sur le numéro de réservation et ils ont essayé de trouver une solution pendant 50 minutes et on a fini par réussir à voir une chambre sans que l’employé paraisse agacé. Ma chambre était très propre confortable, aucun bruit on n’a pas été réveillé, le personnel ne rentre pas la chambre même si on part à 12h03 à la place de 12h on ne se sent pas jeter dehors (ce qui arrive quasiment dans tous les hôtels). La salle de déjeuné est propre les ascenseurs, les couloirs, les micro-ondes tout est propre ! En tout cas c’était un séjour top merci beaucoup; on reviendra !

Nice and comfortable during my two weeks stay. Manager and the staffs are wonderful and really helpful. The room and bed are spacious. Location is quiet . Transport is great. 5 minutes to shops and 12 minutes to the nearby railway station. Will definitely come again.

Worst hotel very unclean rooms, room service doesn't clean rooms, the room utilities are not working . worst staff including the manager, very arrogant people who doesn't understand what customer service is and they refuse to help with simple issues saying it is not there responsibility, they changed there policy without giving notice just because it is convenient, they even hang the phone on you while talking!!

Big computer problem in the hotel when I arrived. Impossible for the reception staff to check any reservation. So they asked all customers who had booked online on another platform to pay the price of the room, for the time being, as a deposit. Now the only concern that may arise since the computer problem is, a priori, not resolved, is to recover this deposit because in the end I paid once on your platform and once at the hotel, moreover, full price!!!!!! The Accor group is a disgrace in terms of managing this problem and my heart goes out to the hotel staff who are totally abandoned by the Accor group. Shame on them !!!!!!

I was given a smoking room on the second floor despite the non-smoking preference. The room was spartan and the furniture was worn. There was rubbish under the washbasin, the pillows smelled of sweat and the mattress was sagging. The window looked directly onto a motorway. You had the choice between ventilation or traffic noise. The service staff was friendly and tried hard (No everyone was able to speak English). On the third day we got an alternative room on the fourth floor which was ok! Breakfast was good! The breakfast room was undersized for the number of hotel guests room for 20 people, but in the period 07-08.00 o'clock there were twice as many people in the room. Not so nice after 2 years of Corona...

Ibis Palace of Versailles is cost-effective, and breakfast meets the requirements. Parking is inconvenient and difficult to find for first-timers. Thanks to the leadership of the hotel staff, I found the parking space. Indoor parking is safer. Convenient to visit the Palace of Versailles

We visited just for the weekend and what an amazing time it was. The staff on reception were professional and welcoming, speaking a number of different languages, including English, as did all the staff we encountered during our stay. I was so thankful for this as I saw one of the reviews which stated an expectation to speak French, this was simply not the case for us. We had a fabulous spacious 4th floor room on the park side with a small balcony. The bed was by far the most comfortable hotel bed I have slept in so far and the slippers provided, a much better quality that those in other hotels and we have been to a fair few. The bathroom was great, but just a word of caution if having a soak in the tub as it’s very prone to slipping due to the shape. A rubber mat for inside the bath is provided for you to use. Breakfast was a buffet only (no menu) and was very limited, although you can order a number of different egg dishes. There was just one chef and a bit of a queue. I don’t think this was unusual as there was a polite notice asking guests to come back once they have placed their order, which I did and maybe I shouldn’t have as it seemed that my order was then put on the back burner. I know this as I saw countless others guest getting their orders in and receiving their dishes before me. It’s only when I approached the station that the chef then went to get my order. The eggs Benedict received was ok but very close to being hard boiled and I prefer a runny yolk. The breakfast experience overall was ok, with staff being very polite when you asked them something, but this could have been better by them checking in to see if we had everything we needed, e.g. more coffee. I always think when it comes to hotels and indeed in life that ‘you don’t know what you don’t know’ and so far this year we’ve had exceptional service at breakfast from the Westin Palace Madrid and a truly amazing buffet with options to order extra dishes at the Ritz Carlton in Vienna, both of which renewed my faith in the hotel breakfast experience, so I know more can be done here at this hotel. We didn’t swim in the pool but it was a good size. The gym was amazing if you like like to keep your exercise up whilst away and the staff were very friendly. A tip for guests wanting to visit Versailles Palace & gardens, get you tickets from the concierge if you haven’t booked in advance. Indeed we hadn’t booked in advance and there were no tickets on the website when looked, so we were so relieved when we asked the concierge about this. One of the highlights of our stay has to be the view from our balcony at night of the Bastille fireworks, this was simply outstanding and totally unexpected, an experience which we aim to replicate next year and will return. We had a very nice stay at Novotel Château de Versailles. The whole team is very friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the restaurant (very good by the way), the barmen and the room cleaners. Rooms are functional and very clean, very silent and calm. Many spaces to relax in the hotel. The breakfast is amazing with a huge choice of everything and very fresh. Close to the center of Versailles and close to bus lines, this hotel was a enjoyable surprise. Thanks to all the team!
