The bed cover had stains all over..

I lost my jewelry during my stay and I doubted it was the housekeeping lady who took it because there was no other way I could lost it. My jewelry bag was still there but the jewelry inside was gone. Conversation with the hotel receptionist and housekeeping office manager was exhausting. They didn’t help with anything and they didn’t seem to care about their customers’ property safety. Also, the housekeeping manager’s attitude was really bad. It was disappointing that this hotel cannot guarantee their customers’ property safety during their stay. I finally report to the police. That’s the only thing I can do.

I very much appreciate the courtesy received from Mr.Ricardo, a very kind waiter who works at the hotel: actually I had forgotten in Italy my adaptor to charge phone and He very kindly gifted me his own adaptor!! A very kind gesture! So much appreciated!

Great location

The room was average, breakfast was the same every day, there was a buffet breakfast on weekends, and at other times there was a menu for $21 per person. The beef omelet breakfast was good, highly recommended, but there were more black people

A very satisfying stay experience! The large glass floor-to-ceiling windows have a good view, and the rooms are on high floors. If there is a disadvantage, it is a little bit not soundproof! Maybe it's because of the glass curtain wall!

Nice room! Excellent service! fully equipped. Good sanitation and clean environment
