I very much appreciate the courtesy received from Mr.Ricardo, a very kind waiter who works at the hotel: actually I had forgotten in Italy my adaptor to charge phone and He very kindly gifted me his own adaptor!! A very kind gesture! So much appreciated!

In downtown Dallas, you can see the Ferris wheel 🎡. The waiter was very friendly and gave me a welcome kit when I checked in. It contained cookies/breakfast coupons/bottled water. I was very happy.

It's really great. I like this hotel very much. The lobby is very comfortable and warm, and the front desk greets us politely every day. The location is also great and the area is safe. The environment is also good, with many trees. Don’t forget to try their biscuits when you stay here, they are very good.
