After living in Japan, I really begun to appreciate onsen. I went here with my dad on our trip to Dalian, hoping to get a similar experience. The onsen itself was as expected, but I overheard some old ladies talking very loudly about how they did not shower before entering, which was disgusting. As well, they did have a small hand-washing basin as onsen should have, but it wasn’t operational and there was a large hose coiled inside. On top of all this, the service we received was absolutely appalling. The attitude we received upon checkin was very impolite. At first, the checkin staff tried to turn us away and tell us to go to a different hotel because they apparently couldn’t understand how to read the name on my passport (written in English). They had to call a different staff member over to confirm my reservation. The checkin staff also told us to buy bathing suits, which I thought was odd for onsen. In fact, for the onsen bathing suits were not required. There was a water park for children, which does require bathing suits. However, we were told we should buy them even for onsen. We ate lunch and breakfast at the hotel. The food was plentiful but I can’t say that anything was well made. There was nothing particularly healthy either.

The hotel is very quiet, and the sleep is very comfortable at night. The hot spring water is very clean. I came when there were fewer people, and the family had a lot of fun. It is recommended to come when it snows, which is a different style.

The environment is good, my mother is very satisfied, the breakfast is also quite rich, I will come back next time

The service attitude is good, the phone response and feedback are fast, the only hygiene complaint is that the bedding is a bit dusty

Overall it's good. The HelloKitty themed parent-child room is very cute. The sanitation needs to be improved. Overall the kids are satisfied with the play. The outdoor hot spring is the best.

It just snowed in Dalian during the two days I stayed there. It was a real treat to soak in the hot springs and enjoy the snow scenery! ! The service was generally good. I made an appointment with my friends to come again next time.

Bring parents and children to play. Although the details are different from those in Japan, the whole environment is really Japanese. The service here is really good, especially the employee who was in charge when we checked in (although I don’t know his name, I’m very grateful🙏). Because there is a baby, everyone takes good care of it and helps to bring a crib. The hot spring area is very clean and healing, and the water where the children swim is also clean. It happened to be in autumn, and the courtyard with red leaves is beautiful! It would be better if the entire venue facilities were introduced when the guests checked in, children’s shower gel was prepared in the room where children stayed, and fragile items on the coffee table were taken away☺️ Bringing parents and children here will definitely not disappoint you, a pleasant accommodation experience👍

The Minions themed room I stayed in had a bit of a foul smell in the hand basin. The room was quite cold at night because of the high ceiling. There were usually few people and the waiters were quite nice. You had to ask the waiters for towels and bathrobes. The water in the children's pool was a bit cold, but the other pools were fine. The breakfast was very good. I will come again next time and try other rooms.

The room is decorated in Japanese style. Very clean. The food is good. The children also like the children's playground. It's a very good experience.

The room is large, suitable for family travel, the service attitude is very good, the buffet is also good, but the overall facilities are relatively old, the floor is cracked, and the TV is relatively small. Another point is that you can only enter and exit the hot spring area once when staying in the hotel. If you want to go again the next morning, you will have to pay an extra fee.

First, the price was reduced by 700 yuan after we played for two days. It was a rip-off. Second, the staff was very blunt and spoke to customers like they were lecturing students. Third, three of my friends of the same shape had skin allergies. Fourth, the room card was super difficult to use. I had to go back and forth to the front desk to change the card and walked around twice.

The overall design of the hotel is very Japanese, and you have to take off your shoes as soon as you enter. The indoor and outdoor designs are also very Japanese. The room is very spacious. A small Japanese-style space, the bed and the small living room are in a large space, and two beds are put together to make a super big bed! The children are very happy and like it. Each room has an independent hot spring. We booked a winter pine room with twin beds, which requires going to the second floor. The only drawback is that the toilet in the room has no window, so there is a smell of urine, and the water drainage of the washbasin is a bit problematic, and the drainage speed is quite slow. The hotel provides a hot spring bath for 2 adults, and children need to be charged an additional 49 or 59 (I forgot the specific amount). It is still a very good experience. The men's and women's baths require ** just like in Japan. The waitresses inside are also very nice, but I saw a young lady attracted by the beautiful scenery and took pictures of the scenery. I couldn't help but say that it might be possible to take pictures of others (everyone was naked). I hope the management will be strengthened. In addition, the southerners also experienced the bath scrubbing. I originally wanted to try the cheapest price, but the lady who scrubbed the bath didn't seem very satisfied and didn't start. In the end, she raised the level by 3 and got an essential oil rub. My husband said that this didn't happen on the men's side.

I was so disappointed with the photos! The air conditioner was turned off, the windows were closed, but it was still damp and cold. It was so hot that I needed to cover myself with a blanket. The blanket was damp. I wanted to go home overnight. I left at 6 o'clock in the morning without eating. The two tickets for hot spring and breakfast were useless. What a mood! Goodbye!
