After arriving at the hotel around 8pm, it took us about 30 minutes before we could get checked in. They only had one person servicing the front desk with many people waiting. We booked the executive suite hoping to get a decent room with a view. Instead, we got one that was dirty with the view of unfinished building walls from the bedroom window. We asked to change the room, but were told no other rooms were available. We went down to breakfast where we encountered another problem that did not allow me and my family to eat together. At that point they said they would change the room for us but it was already too late for that kind of compensation. We immediately requested a refund for the second night.. Anyway.. everything happens for a reason, Ctrip helped us to figure out this inconvenience and we moved to a much more welcoming and clean hotel..

The exterior of the building may look a little old but the room are pretty modern and clean. Gym well maintained, breakfast selections are decent. Good location and accessible by metro. Plenty of restaurants around the hotel.

The room facilities are old and the service is very poor. If you don't know, you will think I didn't spend any money. If I have to give it a negative score, give it a negative score. This is the worst stay I have ever had. You should fix it. It is still under Marriott. Isn't it embarrassing for Marriott? The sheets are torn and the bath towels are also shabby. It doesn't look like a star hotel.

Environment: The hotel is located near Zhongshan Square. The surrounding business district is quite complete and mature. It is very convenient to meet customers for dinner and coffee. Service: The front desk service is warm and patient.

The location is good and you can see Zhongshan Square! The room is large and clean. The staff is very friendly! The fried dough sticks and soy milk for breakfast are delicious. The watermelon is fresh. There are also takeaway paper cups for coffee.

I didn't take photos of the hotel~ Overall, I am very satisfied. The price of more than 400 yuan without breakfast during the May Day holiday is acceptable! The price increase is not exaggerated! There are many breakfast options nearby, such as four-season rice rolls, bacon pancakes, etc.! So it's okay if breakfast is not included! The facilities are relatively complete and the bed is quite comfortable! It is very convenient to live in Zhongshan Square!! The breakfast is also good. I tried it for a day and there are many choices~

There are quite a lot of people in the room, but the suite is quite quiet and the cleaning is OK. Although it looks old, it is still well maintained. The TV is a bit outdated, but I don't watch it so it doesn't matter. The view is as shown in the picture, quite good, not inferior to InterContinental.
