周邊設施吃飯方便交通也方便，可以看到海和大橋。就是隔壁聲音有點大。還有不知道是樓上還是樓下的沙發或者吊牀什麼的，搖一搖的發出那種嘎吱的聲音，屋子裡都能聽到。

房型很棒，打掃很及時也很乾凈。
樓下就是萬達，蘇寧和羅森，負一層有比優特，不用過馬路就有202有軌電車，馬路對面是海事大學地鐵站，交通非常便利。
