Apart from the disposable towels and no hangers, this is one of the excellent places we have ever rested. Staff is as friendly as one can be. Available 24/7 and willing to serve whatever one wants. Guidance for sight seeing or any trouble, they're ready to resolve. Location is excellent, 50 meters from line 2 metro, a huge market place downstairs with mini marts, restaurants, pharmacy, tourist guidance, and a fruit market. Lots of people around local plus tourists. About the place itself, located in a high rise building with at 10 elevators, room was excellent, spacious, air conditioned, large beds, clean spacious bathroom with hot running water. As I said, we did not like the disposable towels they are providing for bath, otherwise nothing this hotel has which can earn it bad points.

This apartment is conveniently located near to Dalian Metro Line 2, Donghai Station Exit C, walking distance 50 metres.
They have 24 hours check in service & the front desk ladies are cheerful, pleasant and helpful to deal with.
The apartment air conditioning is good, bed mattress is comfortable, including a good size fridge/freezer and a washing machine is a big plus.
The only missing thing that I would wish for is a small microwave oven and would have been the icing on the cake.

Pros: The location is quite convenient. It's right on the sidewalk after getting off the subway. The word "Mi Han" is small and below the main plaque. It's a little inconvenient to see. You need to call customer service. Cons: 1. The house is on the second floor of a loft. The stairs are a bit steep. It's a bit difficult to carry the suitcase up. 2. There is no unified switch at the head of the bed. You need to turn off the lights and find the bed in the dark when you go to sleep. 3. There is a bedside table only on one side of the bed, and the phone cannot be charged. 4. I was bitten by a mosquito and then I found that one of the windows had no screen. It was empty!

A very good B&B hotel experience. We stayed for 3 nights before and then extended our stay for another 6 nights. The room is very spacious, with a refrigerator and washing machine. The projection TV has a variety of programs and many choices. The air conditioning is also excellent. The front desk service and the boss are very attentive. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance.
