Despite being a bit tricky to find at first glance, the hotel’s layout turned into one of its most charming features—once discovered, it felt like a secret getaway perched above the city. 🧼 Cleanliness & Comfort • The room was immaculately clean, with fresh linens and well‑sanitized surfaces. • Thoughtful amenities—plush towels, quality toiletries, and spotless floors—made for a very comfortable experience. 🗺️ Location & Accessibility • Approximately 650 m from the nearest metro, tram, and bus stations—ideal for exploring Dalian. • Amazing convenience: the bay is right across the street, offering stunning water views and an easy stroll along the waterfront. 🚇 Getting There & Navigation • As rooms are located high up, the hotel is a bit hidden. • But the friendly front desk team truly turned that into a plus: a staff member met me outside the building, guided me all the way from the metro station, and personally ensured I found the right entrance. ★★★★★ hospitality! 🚶♂️ Exploring Dalian • With public transport just steps away, everything from major city sights to local gems is easily accessible. • The bay’s proximity is perfect for morning walks, evening sunsets, and photo ops.

Located at very convenient location, Hassle-free check in. Amenities and cleanliness were upto the mark. The host is friendly. I enjoyed my stay.

The location of this hotel is good, it is convenient for eating and shopping, about 700m away from the subway station, and there is a park at the door. There is a balcony on the 29th floor where you can take photos of the night view, which is nice. I will stay here again next time I come to Dalian because the price is relatively affordable.

We arrived at about 12 o'clock at night and parked our car outside the community. The girl at the front desk came downstairs to pick us up. The room was small but clean, with a projection. It was said to be a sea view room, but it didn't face the sea directly. You could only see a small part of it from the window. Xinghai Park was across the road. I got up the next morning and watched the sunrise. It was a very good experience.

It's also safe to book a high floor. The sea view is sideways. It's not bad. There was a cockroach at night. The front desk cleaned it the next day. Overall it's very good. There are also two access cards. Not bad

The hotel was a little hard to find, but the view here was really nice and the staff was friendly. The room condition was okay, but since it was on a high floor, the water didn't come out cold. Everything else was really good, especially the city view + sea view was even better.

The hotel is in a very good location, just opposite the Xinghai Bathing Beach and close to Zhongshan Road, with very convenient surrounding transportation. The room was the same as advertised by the store. Although it was not big, it was OK for a single person traveling. It is not very convenient to enter and exit the business building, and the mobile phone signal in the building is weak. It took some time to get in and out at first. If the service staff could come out to pick you up, the experience would be better.

An old member of more than ten years came back to write a real experience after staying for the first time on September 7, 2024. The Blue Mickey Parent-Child Ocean View Room (3006) of the B&B that was supposed to be booked at 8:30 pm on September 7, 2020 arrived at the downstairs of the building nearly 21 Point, downstairs, corridors, elevators are dirty and messy... admit it! After all, it was late at night after driving... I found a maze-like room and entered it. I was confused. It only had room for two beds, a mini bathroom + an aisle of about 1 meter. What was even more shocking was that there was only a Mickey head in the lower right corner of the pillow and two pots of withered green plants. What is it called Mickey Sea View (the sea has to be attached to the window and viewed from the side to have a corner). You can definitely name it Tropical Jungle Adventure Room! ! ! The room was stuffy and there were no screens on the windows - there was air conditioning, but it was right opposite the bed! The soundproofing is completely useless. We share a window with the next room, but there is a wall in the middle of the window! ! Talking, burping, taking a shower... I could hear everything clearly, not to mention catching up with a couple - flirting until after 3 o'clock... too much to write! I didn't sleep all night and I was so hot that I was sweating. Not everyone is willing to use air conditioning! But all wanderers want a good night's sleep.
