Definitely a must stay place if you’re travelling alone or with a friend. The owners were super accommodating and helpful.

Arrived at this property at 11am and luckily they let me checked in early. Its in quite neighbourhood perfect for who wants to staycation. I def will stay here when im in dalian. Thanks!

The bed and sofa were not to my taste, but perhaps because it was the off-season, the price was reasonable and the location was attractive, so I stayed for two nights. This apartment is in the same building as the 5-star hotel "Hengli Grand Hotel" that will open in 2024. Although it is separate from the hotel, the common areas such as the lobby and elevator hall are luxurious, and the fixtures and lighting in the room had a high-class feel. I think the biggest drawback of private lodging is the hassle of checking in, but this was not a problem because the hotel staff came to pick me up at the bottom of the apartment in advance. However, you will need to be able to speak Chinese and make phone calls to arrange the meeting place. (The meeting place is the Kaikaku convenience store on the first floor of the Henli Hotel.) Finally, I will post the view from the window because it was beautiful.

The decoration style of the homestay is so unique that every detail is eye-catching. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the bedding was clean. The boss is very enthusiastic and considerate! I came here the day before because I was not satisfied with the hygiene of another homestay in the same building. I was pleasantly surprised to find that this one was very clean and tidy! A few days ago, my family went to Dalian for a trip and booked this hotel with a try-it attitude. The result really shocked us. We liked this hotel surprisingly. The boss is kind and kind. We booked a family room. When we got up in the morning and opened the curtains, we could see the sunrise. It was very shocking. Venice is across the road and it takes two minutes to walk. The surrounding facilities include subways, supermarkets, night markets, squares, and bus stations. It is really convenient. The room is clean and tidy, and the most important thing is safety. One card for each household and the property management have brought great peace of mind to us tourists who come to Dalian. The room facilities are comfortable and complete. At first, I booked one night, but because the children liked it, I added two more nights. The hotel owner also gave me a discount. I fell in love with Dalian because of this hotel. 非常驚喜，能夠真的住到幾乎全景的海景客房，房東很熱情，從樓下接到開房再到介紹房間設施和功能，不厭其煩，很有耐心！房間衞生乾淨，床也舒服，最重要的是心情愉悦！周邊離海邊很近，想看海鷗的，近在咫尺，旁邊的海膽水餃味道絕絕，總之很不錯的一次體驗，下次來大連還住這裏！

這次旅行入住的海景酒店太棒了！房間寬敞明亮，裝修精緻，拉開窗簾，無垠大海便撞入眼簾，躺在床上也能將潮起潮落盡收眼底。站在落地窗前，彷彿與大海融為一體 。服務更是無可挑剔，從前台到客房服務都熱情周到。下次來這邊，我肯定還選這家，推薦給想要沉浸式看海的朋友！

酒店服務超級好，房間很乾凈，老闆很熱情，給我們升級了房型，很開心的一次入住體驗距離威尼斯水城特別近，很喜歡這次入住體驗，很方便，距離地鐵也很近很近，而且老闆推薦了金太陽燒烤很好吃很好吃，給我們發了攻略，很開心

地下鉄の東港駅から700m程の位置にあり、チェックインは12階でしますが、電話して１階ロビーで待っていると迎えにきてくれました。部屋はとても綺麗で清潔に管理されていて快適に過ごせました。30階の部屋からの景色はとても美しくとても満足できる滞在でした。１階ロビーにはコンビニがあります。

酒店位於市中心，步行5分鐘就能到地鐵站，去熱門景點和商業區都很方便。周邊餐廳、便利店一應俱全，晚上還能海邊散步感受城市夜景。 房間乾淨整潔，裝修風格簡約又有格調。床品柔軟親膚，一覺睡到自然醒！隔音效果很好，完全聽不到走廊的噪音。浴室乾濕分離，洗漱用品品質超出預期， 這次入住真的讓我感到驚喜連連！從踏入酒店的那一刻起，處處都能感受到貼心的服務和用心的細節

被鳴炮驚醒了，睜眼是本來要準時守着去看的海船經過！誰懂！意外之喜，本來還準備大冷天找角度去拍！ 這個270度的海景房有點兒絕絕子！淡季真的太超值了，老闆是東北人，熱情好客，這個民宿就是恆力大酒店的房間，安全有保障，推薦 而且樓下就是喜鼎，直接walk in 完全沒有排隊
