Everything was amazing from checkin to checkout. The staff were very helpful and Xiao Yang was especially helpful with translations and connecting us to all the right people during our stay. We had a wonderful time and experience. Amazing views and location.
Response from Property: If you are interested in smoking clouds, you can choose to go to a storehouse of the tobacco cloud, for example. We take care of everyone’s customers at a storehouse and provide a station for people on their way to the stores and make everyone’s customers happy at home.

卫生：很干净！超级wide and so nicee, 2 mirrors, 2 sink!! Basically you can do yoga here 🤣 房间：真的好舒服，so comfyy, the pillows are all fluffy, super recommendedd! 风景：got a pretty good views outside our room 🤩 服务：太棒了，萍萍管家和其他人管的我们，真的好善良，很热情⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 晚上还有送了我们甜汤😍早餐也好吃😋 我超级喜欢这家酒店，下次还回来，推荐给大家来这边住😚👌

service from the manager Mr Qiu Feng was amazing, very kind. room was very spacious too. but just a little reminder to those staying, the swimming pool is not for hotel customer but only for those that stay in the villa suite. we had ordered the family room but we upgraded to the villa suite to get the private swimming pool.

Very friendly staff. Yang Yang who works there was very helpful. The location of the hotel is great. There are no steps to get to the hotel. Breakfast is a set menu but it was very filling and staff are attentive to make sure it is suitable. Rooms are clean and s good size.

Sara's service is super excellent! I am a foreigner, and the housekeeper does not know English very well. But, she used translation software to communicate with me, which can be said to be barrier free. Thanks for Sara's patient service. Every morning, Sara personally delivers breakfast to the room, which is really warm. During the check-in period, the housekeeper of Yanyun Hotel drives to pick up and pick up us! The room facilities are very good, and the check-in experience is excellent!

Average breakfast served. Baggy service not up to expectations
Response from Property: Dear family, you mentioned that the breakfast was not rich enough, and now we have added a "freshly made stall" for breakfast: Bai grandma grilled a milk fan, the chef cooked the bait shreds, and even added spicy millet from Haidong. Next time I will open a "breakfast buffet" for you, and tell you in advance what you want to eat, such as your favorite brown sugar Steamed Chinese sponge cake, which will be steamed at 4am in the kitchen. Seeing that you said the service did not meet your expectations, we blushed! The butler on duty that day has been retrained and now implements a "10 minute mandatory response" system (equipped with a ring wristband). An "emergency service button" has also been set up at the front desk. To apologize, we have reserved the "Haidong Exclusive Package" for you: a free upgrade to a 270 ° sea view room, a 1-hour island tour photo shoot, and a customized dinner in the private kitchen. Provided free taxi pick up from the train station.in china u need we chat to contact to the local and hotel. western and chinese breakfast.room is big and comfort.not much view from the hotel.sweet dessert soup deliver to the room in the evening.staffs very helpfull and friendly

Mark provided us a very good service 👍👍👍 He did a very great job by contacting us in advance for the pick up service as we need to go by the hotel shuttle bus to go up to the hotel. Breakfast is super yummy👍 Great location of 理想邦 to go around and take beautiful pictures. I can stay here all day long and would love to go again next time to Dali.
