The room is fantastic and looks exactly like the photos shown upon booking. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very polite and helpful. As we booked the Sala Suite, the room came with perks such as free afternoon tea and premium breakfast lounge. The premium breakfast lounge allowed us to be able to enjoy great breakfast without squeezing with the crowd. The hotel is located near many spas and we visited the nearby Heart Spa 3 times in a row as their service is excellent! We are very happy with the hotel! Thanks for making our honeymoon a great one!

We stayed here for our trip, because the hotel is new so we decided to book. They have bikes on the porch if you want to borrow and ride around. There is an amazing bbq restaurant a few street down from the hotel. The bed was super comfy, big and soft. We slept so well. At check out 1 us forgot hi phone so the staff sent it to us to our new hotel in the south. So thank you so much guys.

This was indeed, one of the nicest hotels i have stayed at in a very long time. The location is excellent, the facilities are top class, and most importantly, as a foreigner travelling the world, the staff were so friendly and most helpful. They assisted me with everything that I needed: From laundry, currency exchange, transport and even tours, the staff were more than happy to assist. I rate this a 5 star experience and will surely be back here again 😊👌🏼

I recently stayed at the haian Hotel, and it was an exceptional experience. The hotel itself was beautifully designed, with spacious rooms that were both modern and comfortable. The housekeeping team did an excellent job, ensuring everything was spotless throughout my stay. Additionally, the concierge team was incredibly helpful, providing recommendations for things to do in the area and even assisting with reservations. Overall, the combination of a lovely hotel environment and outstanding staff made my stay truly memorable. The check-out process was smooth and quick. During both check-in and check-out, we were offered snacks and drinks while waiting, which added a nice touch. Breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The room was spacious and impeccably clean. Sea view is great only during a sunny day. Since it’s the rainy season, we really appreciated the attentive staff, who always ensured we were covered with umbrellas whenever we arrived or departed the hotel, whether on foot or via Grab. Their thoughtfulness made a big difference in keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. Also thankful for staff for enabling us to have a few more complimentary water bottles.

Stayed in the premier suite for 1 night I requested to have flower petals in the room which they were happy to provide. Astounding views of the beach. A classy room and lobby with a delicious breakfast buffet. The pool was located on the roof next to the gym. Above that they also had a bar with a smoking area.

Located at the tail of Golden Bridge. Han Market is about 10 minutes walk. Breakfast was superb. McDonald is just next door. Room is new and clean with nice view. Overall it’s a good choice. The spa and massage promo price at the hotel was attractive, but it’s not our preferred kind of service.

I’ve stayed in many hostels and hotels across Vietnam and around the world, but this has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Let me start with the positives: the room was spacious, but unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends. The cleanliness was highly questionable. The sheets were stained, and I couldn’t help but doubt if they’d been washed at all. As a solo traveler, I was given a twin room, which provided the option of using two beds. However, both beds were equally dirty, leaving me with no decent option. The bathroom, while visually appealing, was let down by the subpar toiletries. The shampoo smelled like an overpowering, generic men’s product, more suited to a budget gym locker room than a guest accommodation. A neutral scent would have been far more appropriate. Additionally, there was no hairdryer in the room—a real inconvenience if you have long hair like mine. The provided slippers were oversized, clearly designed for men, adding another layer of frustration. While I was glad to have a TV, it was nearly unusable. The YouTube app, which was a primary reason I booked the room, wouldn’t connect, and the TV itself was slow and difficult to operate. All in all, what should have been a relaxing stay was riddled with small but cumulative annoyances. The worst part, however, was leaving the room and heading to the dining hall. Breakfast was a major disappointment. The options were overwhelmingly carb-heavy and catered mainly to Vietnamese tastes, with dishes like rice, noodles, and curry. For a hostel that presumably caters to international guests, it’s baffling that the breakfast options were so limited and unappealing to a Western palate. The dining hall was also overcrowded, with too many guests at once, including children playing on phones at full volume—a noisy and stressful way to start the day. Service was inconsistent and, at times, awkward. On one occasion, a staff member greeted me with “Namaste,” assuming I was Indian, which left me taken aback. Some staff were better trained than others, but the overall experience was far from smooth. For instance, I ordered sunny-side-up eggs one morning, which were available, but the next day, I was told they weren’t offered and was given overly greasy fried eggs instead. This lack of consistency and the apparent lack of training among the staff were glaring issues. The dining hall itself was uncomfortably hot, making meals even less enjoyable. Tissue was nowhere to be found, adding to the overall discomfort. I chose this place partly because of its location, which is conveniently close to many bars, cafés, and the beach. However, it was also advertised as soundproof, which couldn’t be further from the truth. The constant noise from other guests, particularly children playing with the doorbells and loud voices at all hours, meant I never had a peaceful night’s sleep. Being woken up between 3 to 6 am became a daily occurrence, and it left me exhausted and frustrated. In conclusion, this hostel was far from worth the premium price. The service, quality, and overall experience fell drastically short of expectations. Here I am, still in my room with blood stained sheets, on the verge of booking another place because I simply cannot stay here any longer. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Good hotel located along the beachfront, with good restaurants and other shopping nearby. I booked a studio oceanfront which was generously proportioned and had a lovely seaview. However, the Ocean Lounge (an outdoor beach night club) is located directly opposite which plays loud music at night time, so if you are an early or light sleeper, this is not a good choice of hotel. The hotel provides earplugs free of charge (so I assume they are aware of this problem). So stars deducted for location due to the noise problem. The room cleanliness is generally good, but I deducted a star because I noticed a lot of takeaway food containers being disposed of in the bin in the corridor, which created a smell, and I could also smell cigarette smoke, in spite of the hotel being a non-smoking hotel. The facilities are good; I only ate the breakfast buffet, which has a good choice of food, so I can't comment on the restaurant otherwise. The infinity pool on the top floor has great views, but is quite small as you can imagine so can be crowded. And there is a small gym to use. I has a massage at the spa, but since it's located on the same floor as the entrance to the swimming pool and the gym, you can hear the shouts and screams of children playing which is not exactly the ambience you want. Nonetheless it was a good massage. Generally I think it is a good hotel and reasonable value for money, if you can put up with the noise situation.

We were in Da Nang and stayed in this hotel. They gave us a free room upgrade. Beautiful breakfast, beautiful service. Far away from the center, but you can use a taxi for small price. You can rent a bike for free, but we didn't.
