Great View and service

Never improve at all after 2 years…

Compared to five-star hotels in China, the price is cheap, but the room size and facilities are worse than those in China. And the cost performance is not very high among the five-star hotels around the hotel. The front desk is very rigid and does not allow early check-in. I applied for early check-in at 10, but it was not processed until 10:30 and I paid 500,000 VND. The worst thing is that a bottle of mineral water costs 20,000 VND, but I have to pay 5,000 VND tax. So overall, I think this hotel is not worth recommending. The humanization is very poor, there are many scams, and the bed sheets have dirty red stains.

Cheap price compared to 5 star.... However, it is not soundproof... The hallways are too loud... and there are too many tourist groups.

Central coastal location. Beach-front with beautiful view. Spacious suite. Comfortable bed. Great buffet breakfasts with local specialties. Smiley hotel staff who seem to have endless energy for their guests. My speacial thanks to Le Tuyen and Uyen (Sales), Thao (Reception), Tuyen (Breakfast) and the Housekeeping team who went extra miles and had helped make my 3-week stay comfortable and happy. Highly recommended!

The hotel is situated right across the beach, very convenient for beach lovers. Great time to go just before sunrise . Staff are super friendly and always willing to help. A huge thank you to Ngoc who assisted me by organising meds from pharmacy and ordering in dinner . You are the best !

This is our first time we check in. So much good things we want to share with everyone. But to write a nice short reviews, we would say we have such a great time at Nalod hotel. Very warm welcoming. Staffs are friendly, our rooms are always nice and clean everyday. Overall we enjoy staying here, and would come back.

My family stayed here for a few days and the experience has been great. The room has a view on the beach and the amenities are convenient. The people at the front desk and customer service are very helpful. Thao has helped me book a tour for diving to see the coral

Thía hotel had a spacious lobby. We had an amazing room on the high floor faced to the beach view. That looked absolutely perfect. We went to the beach for 30 mins and loved that experience. Only one thing that many calories in the swimming pool made my husband and my son have red and sore eyes. You should improve by reducing the calories in the pool. Anyway, we loved our stay here and would recommend to our friends.

Clean and well maintained. My room was large and water pressure in the shower and toilet was good. Housekeeping staff were prompt and responsive. My room faced the back (no beach view) but it was nice and quiet. My colleague who had the beach facing room advised that it was loud at night because of the late night beach activities. The only downside are the lifts which were small and slow. It's a long wait during mornings (breakfast) and checkouts. The beach is located opposite the hotel. You have to cross 6 lanes to get to it. There is a zebra crossing but no traffic lights. So be careful. In fact all the hotels along this street are located opposite the beach as well. Nalod is located not far from town centre. It's easy to take Grab to and fro the hotel.
