[ ENG ] Nice hotel in a nice area. You can spend 3-4 days here. The beds are good, the linen is clean. Nearby there are shops (including 24/7), cafes, restaurants. Very close to the beach (the beach is very clean, beautiful, amazing sand). But the hotel is not 3 stars: the faucet in the bathroom is loose, not all the lighting in the room is working, the window handle is broken off, the TV remote control does not work. Рядом есть магазины (в том числе 24\7), кафе, рестораны. Очень близко к пляжу (пляж очень чистый, красивый, потрясающий песок). Но отель не 3 звезды: кран в ванной шатается, не всё освещение работает в номере, ручка окошка отломана, пульт от телевизора не работает. Администрации стоит больше внимания уделять деталям.

I booked a double room with a city view but when I arrived they gave me a family room with 3 beds??? that's not all, the remote had no battery and I couldn't call the front desk because the landline didn't work, and check in took a long time. When I got to the room it smelled damp and the floor was quite slippery after being mopped. It was a really bad experience.

They wake you up every morning at 8 with renovations and shouting. No respect for customers. The receptionists were good. Poor quality service but cheap.

Old and worn-out facilities. Wi-fi not working. There were a lot of locals staying and it was very noisy. because I changed rooms three times in two days, but the Wi-Fi problem was not resolved, so I went to a nearby cafe to use the Internet. The hotel staff installed the router, but when I was not in the room, they arbitrarily came in using the master key and took the router back. I complained of my displeasure and unresolved problems, but they were unable to resolve anything for 7 days. Early check-out and refund are not possible. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel and will not go there in the future.

A very comfortable hotel. I enjoyed my stay here. Every one was very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and rate cheap. Room in lu breakfast and swingming pool on topfloor with very nice. I will definitely stat at this whole hotel again.
