I really enjoyed the place. It’s like if I will visit to Danang I will stay in this hotel I really love this services

The hotel is awesome. Big spacious and child friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here as we have fun at the indoor waterpark which has also onsen in the same building and kids park. We also love the restaurants at the hotel especially Teppan and Blue Restaurant. The hotel also have a mini kids playroom. My Child enjoyed it a lot as the onsen is also allow child to enter both outdoor and indoor onsen. Definitely will come here again

The rooms were spacious, clean and very nice. It was too much fun to play around with in one day. The children were very happy. We will go back again.

Amazing pool and waterpark slides. Onsen. Wonderful breakfast but have transport ready cause nothing is around.

Extremely clean and awesome service for the room that I stayed in :)

The hotel reception did not gave too much support and wrong information above the infinitive pool so we visit the pool without the permission to go in. The top infinitive pool is very good at the top floor to see around the city. The booking with kids and charged for additional fee. The room did not provide the Kids toothbrush and the flip flops and calling front desk also said no Kids stuff can be provide. The WiFi is not good. The swimming pool is big and nice, the kids can play for 6 hours inside and outside the the water park and enjoying a lot there.

1) I, my family member and a baby under 2 lived in double single bed with garden view. Please note the room with garden view is not so close to the main building. Thus residents need to call reception for buggy car every single way or walk.🏃 2) The first day, I called reception and mentioned the refrigerator is not cold. After 20 mins, no one came, so I went out for dinner. When I passed by the reception, I asked if they would help to fix the refrigerator. They said the technician already went. I was surprised and complained why they went inside without consent when we were all out of the room. Staff replied no worries -You could check the belongings and get back to them if any queries. Then, I had no further comment. 3) The second day I stayed, cellphone rang 3️⃣-4️⃣ times at 4:30AM. 🌘🤷 My family member and I took turn to pick up the phone but no one answered. 😢 I called the reception and asked if they could help. Ths staff replied please pull the line and the technician will check during work hours. Morning, the staff called and voluntarily offered us late check out till 2 PM. We didn't request the preferential treatment ❗ Given we waked up during midnight, we accepted the offer 🙏 4) We went out to eat lunch and came back at 1PM. Guess what? We were blocked from the room since access card didn't work❌ At the moment, no buggy car were available given I could not get inside the room to call reception. As the weather was hot, like 34 degrees🔥, baby started crying. I run 5 mins to the main building and complained to the staff at reception. The manager came and accompanied me back to the room. Later, she offered to send us to the airport. I said thank you but I prefer NOT to accept. 5) Water park is interesting, allowing customers to use kid playhouse and water slide. The view from rooftop swimming pool is beautiful. Nevertheless, from my perspective, the resort is not friendly for baby/kid.

A special thank you to the hotel manager, Hien—her excellent English, kindness, and professionalism truly made a difference. She was incredibly helpful and caring, adding great value to our experience. We truly appreciate her support! This is a super well-managed hotel，and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. One small suggestion: we would love to see more variety of Vietnamese dishes at the restaurant. The chef cooks very well, but the selection was a bit limited. We hope to be pleasantly surprised with more choices on our next visit! Thank you again for the wonderful hospitality! We look forward to coming back. 😊

Amazing property

Great location, nice resort, delicious breakfast! Staff are friendly. The room is clean. Also, everything is lovely 🥰 there's just no toilet brush to clean well😂
