Best hotel in town. The hotel is spotless and the staff is amazing. In front of the beach and nice pool!

It is a lovely hotel and very well located. A lovely view of the sea and just 250 metres away. The hotel spa and facilities are lovely, and the steam room and spa are great. The pool is lovely and inside. The breakfast is good, but the coffee was not for me, so I ordered one from the cafe in reception and it was 40.000 VND. The room is all new, and the bathroom is lovely and big with a great walk-in shower. The downside for us was that the beds were very high, and we were short, so it was a good mix. We also found the bed matress very hard. A lovely stay and great value for money.

The hotel is absolutely new, with spacious rooms and magnificent carved furniture. For the convenience of guests, the rooms have everything: a tea table with chairs, a new kettle with the hotel logo, even scales and a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. The beds seem high at first, but you quickly get used to it. Delightful lobby with an aquarium. Beautiful corridors with paintings, chandeliers and lamps. Cleanliness and comfort, there are special rooms-terraces for smoking with a magnificent view of the sea. Excellent service, polite staff. Breakfasts were not repeated, everything is very tasty. Convenient access to the beach. We would be happy to stay here again!

The furniture in the room was mostly made of marble, giving it a clean impression. However, the ants crawling around in the room were somewhat unpleasant. The staff were generally friendly, but some of the staff had bad expressions when responding, which was disappointing. Also, there was a door connected to the rooms next door, which made me feel uneasy all night, and the noise was uncomfortable because it was not soundproof at all.

The room is nice, clean, the staff is enthusiastic and friendly. The minus point is that there is always a lack of hot water :))) There is a bathtub but there is a lack of hot water, the staff said it is because of frequent use, so there is a lack even though I only want to use the bathtub once a day, the staff advised me to switch to showering to have enough water. 😂😂

It was a fun trip! The accommodation was clean as it was newly built. There were many outlets so it was convenient to charge! It was nice that Mikke Beach was close by! Breakfast was also provided for free so I enjoyed it! I booked a city view, but if you want to see Mikke Beach, book an ocean view!

The hotel is close to the beach, but not the best part of the beach. The room is good, the service is thoughtful, and the price-performance ratio is very high. If I come again, I will stay here again. Thank you!

Very clean and beautiful hotel, nice staff. But as they wrote above, you won't be able to take a bath, the water just disappears after 10 liters, and there is water in the sink and shower, when I asked to turn it on: we'll do it, in fact I came back and nothing was fixed. Soundproofing, alas. The audibility through the neighboring doors in the room is colossal. The pool has cold water, but the child swam, the hammam is good, and the Finnish one let me down (there is a terrible smell inside, I couldn't try it. Breakfasts are okay in general, but I think they could have installed a coffee machine, I want cappuccino. The room is cool, clean, nice, you can feel it right from the number of the bed, the stairs of the aquarium. The energy is pleasant. A lot needs to be improved, but I like it here, I recommend this wonderful hotel. I fell in love 🤍

We stayed in a basic room of the hotel for 1 night. We really liked the spacious, clean room with all the amenities. The staff is polite and helpful. A great place to relax. Breakfast buffet - there are dishes a la carte fried eggs, omelette, pho bo, the rest is a buffet with fruits and pastries. Nice pool, but the weather did not allow swimming. The location is great - there is a bike rental and laundry nearby.

Good health and a good rest to all! We stayed in this hotel for 10 days, 10th floor with a sea view. Pros: good view, liked the sauna, daily change of towels, robes, cleaning, quiet good air conditioning, hot water and pressure are OK Cons: weak breakfast for 3 stars maximum, very busy road under the window, with the window open you are on the highway)), if you close the window there is muffled noise from the street, but you can hear cleaning in the neighboring rooms, slamming doors, conversations in the corridor, in general, if you like to take a nap until 11 am you are out of luck, they will wake you up anyway, synthetic bed linen and towels are not pleasant, location away from the tourist area, I will definitely not return))

Except that the room has a strong wooden smell and the bed is a bit high, everything else is fine.
