HORRIBLE HOTEL no cleaning included, smells filthy dirty, rooms are not properly clean and smells cigarettes. Fresh towels are not provided along with bed sheets so if you’re staying there be aware to bring your own bedding essentials.  Elevator looks like was never cleaned, hotel staff is not friendly and very unpleasant which doesn’t make you feel welcome. I’ve put a refund request for staying 10 days and not ever received a fresh towel, stay out of this place. DON’T STAY HERE.

Nice, big, and well furnished room but... Not very clean with moldy musky smell that would not go away during our four nights stay. We could not see the mold but could smell it. We could also smell the odor from the bathroom drain. We would wake up in the mornings with headaches.

I'm swearing.... Please don't go to another place I made a reservation for 9 days and only stayed for one day and I didn't get a refund.... I got some compensation from Trip.com but please don't go there

Pros: Spacious room Washing machine Kitchen with all necessary (equipment) Excellent location Cons: Very old! Dirty, Very unkempt. It is obvious that it does not have an owner who would care and worry about the business, they just pump money out of it and that's it. It's not even about old furniture or old repairs, but an abandoned hotel. Not well maintained. Starting with the lobby, which looks more like a warehouse and ending with the room. For that kind of money, 1800 per day, you can find a much better option, though without a kitchen and washing machine. And also keep in mind that half of the rooms overlook the wall of the neighboring house. In addition to all the minuses above, there is also darkness. It's a matter of luck. I had a room with normal windows facing the street.

Room - Apartments correspond to the photo. 💯 There is everything for a comfortable stay - a refrigerator, stove, washing machine, etc. 👍 Clean, cozy, large space.. 🔥 There is no balcony as such, you can say a panoramic window that opens to the floor ..., which is very convenient, fresh air and a view of the street.. 🎉 There was no gel, shampoo, toilet paper, cleaning of the room .. (since we rented for several days, this was unexpected 😱( There was always some kind of suffocating, heavy, moldy smell in the room - even with the balcony and window constantly open, it did not go away ... (🙈

Great location - the apartments are located on a cozy street with a bunch of different establishments and the beach is a 2-minute walk away. The room was very clean and had a lot of space Cons: There is no administrator (none at all), the keys were given to us by a lady who makes banh mi and juices in front of the hotel There were no towels, dishes or toiletries in the room - they forgot to put them, but they brought them later, after our request Disgusting audibility, if someone moves a chair upstairs, the noise will be heard throughout the house There was a construction site nearby and the noise started at 8 am Only 2 sockets next to the bed, it is inconvenient to work on a laptop, although there is a desk for this

Koreans who are being fooled by the photos, please do not make reservations at places like this to save on accommodation costs in Southeast Asia. Please go somewhere else. It is hard to find unfriendly people in Vietnam, but the reception staff here have no expression and have never responded properly to any requests. The room condition is literally the worst. The cleaning is like an ant colony, and the hygiene is shocking. I almost threw up from the dirty bed sheets and the moldy smell. It was close to the beach and there were many good restaurants and markets nearby, so the location was advantageous. It was not even a hotel, but a gosiwon. This was the first nightmare-like experience I had in countless trips to Vietnam, and I will never come to a gosiwon again.

It seems to be good for the price. The staff response seems a bit lacking. I think I will think about it more when I visit again. Anyway, the location seems good.

Hotel cleanliness, facilities, dishes, microwave, washing machine, all the furniture, it's so dirty, I don't want to go there again.
