Traveling to DC with our family of four. This was a halfway point for us and allowed us to visit the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame! The staff was fantastic! The woman checking us in was very professional and made us feel welcome. As kids will do, they forgot their toothbrushes, but the gentleman at the front desk was able to provide some for us. Checkin/check out was super easy and fast!

I ordered a chicken roll for dinner and it tasted very good! The whole hotel is very close to Cleveland Medical Center. It is very convenient for us to take a taxi to the downtown exhibition hall to use uber. The only downside is that the sound insulation of the room is not very good. Then the room service forgot to clean up on the first day. In short, it was a satisfactory stay! I love Cleveland! ! !
