El hotel es bonito, tiene una linda vista, si bien está un poco alejado del centro de Cusco, con empresas de taxis como Sayari Cusco o Taxi Turismo se facilita un poco el traslado (también se puede tomar taxis en la calle indicando que el pasajero va al hotel de la Derrama para que el conductor se ubique mejor). El ambiente del hotel es muy tranquilo y considero que su principal atractivo son las vistas de la ciudad desde el hotel, desde el cual se puede ver gran parte del valle. El servicio del personal es bueno, son muy atentos, principalmente destacó el de las señoritas del restaurante durante los desayunos y de la que rápidamente atendió la reserva. El servicio de limpieza de habitación es bueno, la habitación incluye calefactor.

La consistencia en la calidad del servicio y las instalaciones es verdaderamente admirable. Rustig en eenvoudig hotel
Het ligt een stukje buiten Cusco maar daardoor wel op een rustige locatie. Het dorpje is leuk om te verkennen. De kamer is ruim. Het enige nadeel was de douche die af en toe ijskoud en dan ineens erg heet werd. Ook het matje dat ze in de douche hadden liggen was glad en haalden we er steevast uit. Verder een prima hotel met eenvoudig ontbijt. Helaas konden we niet zwemmen omdat zwembad nog niet vol zat. In de maand mei dus even controleren.

El personal del hotel fue sumamente amable, nos sentimos muy bien atendidos. A pesar de que el hotel no esta cerca al centro, hay muchos medios de transporte para llegar a el. Asimismo, el personal del hotel fue sumamente amable, y el desayuno estuvo muy bueno.

El hotel está lejos del centro histórico así que no es el ideal si vas a estar saliendo continuamente. Pero si vas a llegar a descansar y reponer energías para el día siguiente -como en nuestro caso- está bien. El precio es cómodo 240 soles por una cuádruple nos pareció barato en comparación a otros hoteles a los que vamos. El desayuno es bastante básico pero para el precio pagado está bien. Lo que no nos gustó es el restaurante, muy pocos platos disponibles de la carta mejor hubiéramos preferido que nos digan de frente los platos que tenían.

Mi familia y yo nos hospedamos 17 días en el hotel. Nos sentimos como en casa, excelente servicio en todos los aspectos. Agradezco a todo el personal del hotel en especial al sr administrador, al joven Raúl, sra. Diana , srta Lucy , sra Violeta que hicieron que nuestra estadía en Cusco sea muy agradable y satisfactorio y sobretodo cuando nos acompañaron a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hijo , un momento importante en mi vida.
