Recomendo e voltaria a me hospedar
A localização do hotel é ótima e o atendimento também. O café segue o padrão peruano e atende a necessidade. Apenas a limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar. Não tinha sabonete e alguns cabelos no meu quarto. Ainda assim voltei a me hospedar no final da viagem d tive uma experiência melhor de limpeza

Para se sentir em casa em Cusco
É um hotel para chamar de casa... Os anfitriões são imbatíveis em simpatia e dedicação ao bem-estar dos hóspedes. O local é uma extensão da cidade. Sua arquitetura combina perfeitamente com as belezas e originalidade da cidade histórica. Recomendo muito a experiência de ficar hospedado no hotel Montecristo Cusco.

Lástima de ubicación. El servicio es limitado y todo te niegan (sea una taza o una cuchara). El desayuno "gratuito" está en un horario como para que nadie lo use (6 a 9 am), ya que los tours empiezan a las 4 am y si te quedas en la habitación, obvio no te levantas tan temprano a desayunar. Oferta alimentaria limitada tanto en variedad como en porciones. Dos días antes del check-out, solicitamos una noche más; aseguraron darla pero, el día que era requerida, se nos negó porque "no lo tenían anotado". Nadie resuelve nada porque "nada está permitido". Sólo dos personas hacen bien su trabajo: la niña de la limpieza y el recepcionista de la noche (aunque también está limitado en su actuar).

Péssimo. Fora os atendentes e a cama o restante deixa MUITO a desejar. A começar pela escadaria à entrada (20 degraus até a recepção). Banheiro e banho péssimos. Café da manhã fraquissimo. Tem que ser revista sua classificação (passar a hostel).

Hotel Montecristo. The location is good. Just walking distance from the main plaza and with easy access to the main attractions. A short walk uphill and you are in the “acueducto” as well as a good spot for nice view and pictures of the city. There is a small grocery store and a pharmacy nearby. I was able to get any last minute items that I needed from there, like water, sunblock, insect repellent, etc. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was light but ok. And the internet can definitely be better, but based on the location (Cuzco) you can’t ask for much. Right? The staff people were friendly and helpful when needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

They need to improve the breakfast. Getting more than one scrambled egg for two people was a struggle!! Be careful with the towel rack, if the extremely flimsy axle breaks they want to charge you 10 times the value of the rack. As for the lobby staff, they are always very helpful.

Es un Hotel básico que no ofrece muchas comodidades, las ventanas y puertas no ofrecen protección contra el sonido, así que se escucha cuando las personas entran y salen al hotel.
