It is far away from the scenic spot. It takes about 18 minutes to walk to the Plaza de Armas. The room is very small and there is no clothes rack. The breakfast is average and the service attitude is very good. There are various teas available at the front desk!

It was beyond my imagination. Memorable stay. Delicious breakfast. Lovely people. Amazing views of the city. I could go on and on. Would definitely come back.

The hotel is simple but has everything you might need, the staff are very friendly, the rooms are well equipped and clean I would definitely recommend. It’s 15 minutes from the main Cusco square and 15 to 20 to the airport. Hopefully we’ll have an opportunity to comeback in the near future. Thank you.

Todo el personal muy amable, en especial el administrador Richard Cruz Castro, y dispuesto a ayudar en cualquier requerimiento adicional. La limpieza 10 de 10. La calefacción funcionó muy bien y el agua caliente todo el día disponible. El desayuno variado y completo, cuentan con una estación de infusiones disponible las 24 horas y agua para beber para poder recargar nuestros tomatodos.

El administrador fue muy amable , tiene calefacción, tiene mates en todos los pisos , los cuartos limpios, hacen buena limpieza, son muy amables, el hotel es ordenado, limpio, buen desayuno buffet, nos ayudan en todo. Es muy recomendable este hotel

El hotel cómodo, agradable, es muy "moderno" frente a las otras opciones más rústicas que se ofrecen en la zona. Personalmente, me quede en una habitación para 4 personas pero solo la habitación principal con la cama principal que era una matrimonial tenia armario y TV luego no había donde guardar tus pertenencias , es decir solo dos personas podrían guardar sus cosas y los demás no. El ambiente era algo reducido, si vas con varias maletas no hay donde colocarlas. El desayuno era tipo Buffet pero siempre era lo mismo, no había variedad... me quedé 4 días y los 4 días desayune lo mismo. La ubicación es algo en contra, no es tan cerca a la ciudad y si o si tienes que tomar taxi en las noches para llegar porque son aproximadamente 15 minutos a pie. No hay ascensor así que si te alojas en el 4to piso como yo y llegas de un tour cansada, será un martirio. Anteriormente, yo ya he ido a Cusco y me hospede en un hotel cerca a la plaza y aunque era más rústico lo prefiero por la cercanía a la plaza pero si buscas más comodidad este es un buen hotel para ti.
