Clean and tidy, adorable and kind. You can see that people here really take good care of the rooms and guests! Especially thanks to the guy working at 9:00pm at the front desk for seeing us off on a rainy night!

This was the best hotel experience we have ever had. All of the staff were extremely kind, helpful, pleasant and friendly. It felt like our home away from home. The hotel is a beautiful building, with gardens, a sunroom. fantastic views, and comfortable rooms. The staff were happy to store our luggage between our extended tours. They arranged taxis for us. It has a great location - walking distance from many places we wanted to visit. The breakfasts were delicious and healthy, served by a very friendly cook. And the upstairs restaurant made it very convenient for dinner on the nights we were too tired to find a restaurant. It almost felt like we were staying with our family. I highly recommend Eco-Hotel Pension Alemana.

Gran hospedaje en Cusco! Vista privilegiada de la ciudad, un jardín precioso y habitaciones acogedoras. Desayuno muy bueno. Tés de muña y coca disponibles a toda hora. Yolanda y Tani0a son muy atentas y están pendientes de todas las dudas para que tengas una gran experiencia. También me apoyé de la agencia del hotel para agendar un par de tours que fueron de muy buena calidad... gracias por sus atenciones :)
