El servicio de la recepción es excelente, la ubicación es ideal, muy tranquila y está a metros de la plaza de armas, muy céntrico a restaurantes, tiendas, entre otros. Cuando fuimos a Machupicchu nos dieron una loncherita pensando en nuestra mejor experiencia. Muchas gracias, súper recomendado

Great place to stay in the heart of the city. Walking distance to everything you need. They stored our luggage for us for 4 days while we did the Inca trail trek. Spacious, comfortable room with everything you need. Complimentary breakfast in the mornings. Highly recommend!

Questo hotel gode di una posizione ottima rispetto al centro storico della città di Cusco. La doppia che ci è stata assegnata non era molto grande ma gli spazi erano ben distribuiti, il bagno annesso era dotato di ampia doccia. Dalla camera si può godere una piacevole vista sulla cattedrale e su un mirador. Colazione internazionale con discreta scelta fra i saliti, la parte dolce invece non era molto amplia. La stanza era un po rumorosa a causa dei locali notturni sulla strada antistante.

El Triunfo Hostel in Cusco is an exceptional place that far exceeds our expectations. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. They were incredibly helpful, always ready to arrange tours, book taxis, and answer any questions we had about exploring the city and surrounding areas even before our arrival. I can not say the same thing about our fancy hotel in Aquas Calientes. The rooms at El Triunfo are impeccably clean and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a day of sightseeing. One of the standout features is the stunning views from the rooms, where you can enjoy breathtaking vistas of Cusco's charming rooftops and historical sites. The location of the hostel is perfect – right in the heart of Cusco. It's within walking distance to the main attractions. Despite its modest rating, El Triunfo Hostel offers services and amenities that rival those of higher-rated hotels. The friendly and attentive staff, the spotless rooms, and the unbeatable location make it a top choice for anyone visiting Cusco. I can't recommend it enough and am puzzled as to why it only has two stars. It truly is a hidden gem!

Todo muy bueno, el presonal muy amable siempre atento a tus necesidades y con unos modales increiblemente buenos dispuestos a todo. El lugar es estrategico para todo lo que quieras conocer en Cusco, a 50 mts de la plaza de armas, mejor zona no hay para parar.

Great location, about a block away from Plaza de Armas. The room smelled a little musty when we first checked in, but I didn't notice it after the first night (maybe we got used to it). The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was a decent size. The hot water would briefly cut out about 2-3 times per shower, but it wasn't too terrible. The floors in the room could get a little slippery, so be careful about that. Breakfast was decent. We were able to leave our luggage behind after we checked out, since we didn't have to go to the airport until later that afternoon. The hotel is located above an art gallery / store, so you have to hike up some stairs. The first day was rough because we were exhausted from climbing Wayana Picchu that morning, but the rest of our stay the stairs weren't too bad. When the art gallery / store is closed, you have to ring the buzzer to the left of the door and someone from the hotel will come down and let you in. Highly recommended place to stay for a trip to Cusco!

Estuvimos alojados 5 dias en Septiembre y siempre fueron muy atentos y serviciales con nosotros,nos sentimos como en casa. El desayuno incluido en la tarifa delicioso incluia yogurt,fruta,cafe,chocolate,una seleccion de panes y frutas,lo mismo que huevos al gusto. Lo mejor fue la ubicacion a una cuadra de la Plaza de Armas fue un gran acierto en nuestra eleccion. La atencion fue personal y muy atentos en todos nuestros requerimientos.
