Es un hotel muy bien decorado, con temas españoles e Incas, el baño de la habitación merece un reconocimiento por tener una tina grande y cómoda para relajarse, bien también la habitación. Se observa si requiere mejorar la acústica. El desayuno cuenta con poca variedad.

Hotel bastante razoável. Café da manhã, restaurante do hotel, serviço dos funcionários e localização boas. Pontos negativos: • Em nosso último dia, faltaram toalhas de banho. Tivemos que nos secar com pequenas toalhas tapete de banheiro. Não mata ninguém, mas poxa vida! • Há um cobertor extra que simplesmente não é lavado. Encontramos inúmeros cabelos nos mesmos. • A água do chuveiro por vezes esfria a ponto de ficar razoavelmente morna durante o banho. Cusco é uma cidade muito fria, e você passa um friozinho sim por conta disso.

Hotel incrível! Arquitetura colonial, mas com requinte moderno. Os quartos são amplos, aconchegantes e camas macias. Café da manhã diverso com frutas e itens regionais. Toda equipe super prestativa e cuidadosa. Eles têm restaurante que funciona das 11h às até 21h (acho), oferecendo um cardápio saboroso. Enfim, retornarei!

Nossa estadia no hotel foi maravilhosa, as acomodações são super confortáveis, o ambiente é maravilhoso, um verdadeiro charme. E os funcionários são uns amores, estão sempre atentos as nossas necessidades, são prestativos, simpáticos e cuidadosos. Certamente, quando voltar a cusco, escolherei este hotel novamente.

The central patio is very striking and curious at the same time. There is the dining room for breakfast and dinner. The breakfast is a bit poor, to be honest, the juice is bad, although it is natural, it is watery and does not taste good, there is only one type of bread and very little to eat it with...you can order scrambled or fried eggs , which is the only thing hot apart from the coffee. Staff attention is good. There is no elevator to access the rooms on the second and third floors, but they are better than those on the ground floor, since they are less noisy and some of them have windows facing the outside and not towards the common interior area of ​​the hotel. The cleanliness is acceptable and the showers are somewhat regular....The bathrooms have a glass area for ventilation with a window that overlooks an interior space and at night it is sometimes illuminated and light enters the room. Sleep quality, average.

Excellent location, just 4 blocks from Plaza Mayor, and three from Plaza del Rosario. Good size room, and large, clean bathroom. Comfortable bed and good pillows. Includes breakfast which was good. Good WiFi. It is a 4-story hotel that does not have an elevator, ask for a room on the ground floor or 2nd floor. The attention of the staff is outstanding. They gave us a breakfast lounge box on the days we had to leave early for tours.

For us, the Hotel San Francisco was excellent, we highly recommend it. Upon arrival, Winny offered us a warm coca tea that warmed us up and the tea was available free of charge in the lobby throughout our stay. Large and very comfortable bed, clean and fragrant sheets, warm bed, beautiful and large bathroom, excellent shower! For once we were without hot water but it was quickly resolved by José at reception. Breakfast with 3 options of very tasty local fruits, yogurt, cereals, bread, toaster, butter, jam, 1 option of cheese and ham, teas and 1 hot dish (eggs or potatoes...). We stayed here for 2 days and went to Matchu Picchu, we were able to leave our luggage stored at the hotel and after two days we returned to stay another 4 days. Location close to the center and São Pedro market, for those who like walking, we did everything walking. When we left very early for our tours, the hotel gave us a breakfast basket to take away. But the hotel's highlight is its employees. Precious team, extremely attentive and helpful, thank you very much Luiz, José, Winny and especially Yonathan, very professional, kind and sensitive, helped us a lot with the tours, saving us time and security and doing all the tours we wanted with travel agencies. trust. Thank you very much Yonathan for all your care, you are an excellent professional in tourism!!! We hope to have the opportunity to return to Cuzco one day and we will stay at the San Francisco hotel again! Ah, check-out is at 10 am, but the hotel also stored our luggage when we left and we were able to use the lobby until the evening when we went to the airport.
