Bell'hotel arredamento curato nei dettagli e pulito. Ottima accoglienza e colazione abbondante. Unica pecca è il rumore, dalla nostra stanza (che stava all'ultimo piano) si sentivano le voci dei turisti che entravano e uscivano dall' albergo.

El hotel fue excelente muy amables Los Que trabajan ahi. Excellent hotel friendly and helpful staff, great location, cerca a las plazas muy buena ubicacion, muy rico el desayuno y la carta del restaurant. Camas comodas y hay heat para la noche muy recomendado.

Ok, pros - close to the plaza, restaurant, churches, attractions large room but weird set up. Cons - where to start- bathrooms water pressure weak & too tall, splashing everywhere, towels dude dingy - mildly put it, coffee ☕️ weird, breakfast sad 😞.

This is a strange place!! On the first night we arrived, we had to order take away pizza as the restaurant wasn"t open. We had terrential down pours and water was dripping from the plastic sheeting covering what once must have been an open court yard. The interior decor is very religious, hence the name of the hotel but it is very much in your face. Breakfast was not great, unvaried and terrible coffee, even if you go for the paid option. We had two double beds in our room for one couple. We had to be super alert when opening the room door as the part of the tv overhangs past the door frame and you could easily bounce your head off it when entering. The room was clean if a little worn. The hotel is well situated and the best thing about it is the staff who are excellent.

I will start with the positive: Bed very comfortable Staff very nice. That’s that. Room not a place to spend too much time as totally without any kind of charm. Breakfast is fine if you like stale bread, lukewarm coffee/tea, dislike cereal. If not for the fresh fruits and omelets (that is only so/so) we would not had anything to eat. It’s a 3 star hotel and its living up to that. Restaurant is cold so staff runs around in big coats to keep warm, you should too. This also makes the cups and dishes cold and as coffee is lukewarm it only gets colder in a cold cup.

We booked a tripple room and there was pictures showing a room on the top floor with nice hight to the ceiling. Instead we got a room on first floor without windows at all to the outside, only one window to the inside of the hotel staircase! And the staircase was lit most of the night, and people coming and going. Terrible. Also the room was too hot, and no air. Probably because there was no windows to the outside. Felt like being in a cellar.
The room had a bath tub but out of function. It lacked both handle to start the water and a stopper in the tub. On the first night the water pipes broke in the bathroom sink so there was water on the floor when we woke up. Also the toilet did not work. Luckily the hotel managed to solve the issue during the day, and since we were off all day, it didn't bother us.
The upside to this hotel is the friendly staff and extraordinary decorations. The go all in with paintings and sculptures. Also the location is great, everything in old town of Cusco in walking distance. If we had gotten the room we thought we booked (and not a cellar), the stay could have been pretty nice.

We were assigned a room on the ground floor... the windows look out onto a courtyard where people pass by... you can't ventilate... the bed linen is 30 years old... one of the blankets in the closet was covered in hair... there wasn't even a plug in the bathroom... you could hear everything from the floor above. The breakfast was horrible... bad juices... disgusting coffee... nothing to save.

Espace commun joli mais il n’y a que ça de positif. En effet d’autres hôtel sont mieux pour un emplacement similaire. Les chambres sont toutes inégales et très bruyantes car donnant sur le patio où les gens prennent le petit déjeuner ou l’escalier, Le petit déjeuner est plus que sommaire et les produits pas terrible (le jus de fruit est coupé avec de l’eau, pas de choix de confiture, ni de fruit frais…le moins bon que nous avons fait de notre séjour) Par ailleurs on nous a changé de chambre au cours de notre voyage pour nous en donner une encore moins bien : baignoire au lieu d’une douche donc pas pratique, pas de frigo et surtout donnant sur le couloir donc il va être impossible de se reposer convenablement) En parallèle d’autres membres du groupe on été surclassés en suite c’est honteux, nous avons payé le même prix ! Nous ne recommandons pas.
